Amelia Island's brilliant shoreline is just a short walk from this stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ocean Park villa! Guests will enjoy amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from this third floor private covered balcony, as well!

The open floor plan boasts a tiled great room with the kitchen, living area and dining area all in one, creating the perfect setting for a fun-filled family vacation. Prepare a tasty dinner in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials. Just past the kitchen you will find the dining area with a whitewashed cream-colored table with seating for six. Additional seating for four is located at the adjacent bar area.

The neutral color scheme gives the condo a clean and airy feel ideal for a little rest and relaxation. The living area features a comfy tan sofa and loveseat with geometric patterned pillows. These pieces are centered around a flat screen TV. Kick back and enjoy a family movie after a long day of fun in the sun! For your convenience the sofa also makes into a queen bed. A glass slider will lead you to the quiet balcony, which overlooks the entire surrounding area as well as the Ocean Park pond and fountain. Dive into a good book or enjoy a meal at the glass topped table!

The master bedroom located just off the main room features a king bed with a white coverlet! This striking bedroom also has a flat screen TV and an attached full bath with double sinks and a walk in shower.

Down the hall sits the sunny second bedroom which is furnished with a queen bed and TV. The coastal accents, beachy décor and crisp bedding bring this room to life. Adjacent to this bedroom is a second full bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower.

The Ocean Park Community offers immaculately kept grounds, a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills.

This wonderful seaside 2 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The Main Beach area offers several fun activities for children of all ages such as miniature golf, playground, volleyball courts, skate park and basketball courts. Sip your favorite frozen beverage while relaxing at nearby restaurants such as Salt Life or The Sand Bar. Located only half a mile from the Ocean Park Complex, Fort Clinch State Park presents the perfect place for many recreational activities such as bicycling, fishing, hiking, sunbathing, shelling, swimming, picnicking and wildlife viewing. This property was as pictured. Well appointed. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The rental agency was in immediate contact to make sure we were pleased. This is definitely a place we would like to return to.

The condo complex is very clean, close to beach. Management company was extremely prompt in all communications. Rooms are large, slightly dated, but not a problem. Well stocked kitchen. Large balcony overlooking the ocean with views of sunrise and moonrise. Will stay again.

Wonderful Condo
We were so pleasantly surprised with this gem. The condo itself is very spacious and has the most wonderful ocean views out of the windows. We would definitely stay here again. The communication was excellent. Only complaint is that the pool should be larger for such a big property. Beach is super close to walk to and has tons of parking if you have disabled individuals as well. Make sure you also eat at Salt Life. You can walk there too and it’s great.

What a gem of a location! Ocean view from the balcony was a treat!!! One block to beach access. Plenty of beach gear to use (chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon…so convenient!) Bring your own beach towels and rolling cooler for perfection. Pool was refreshing. Quiet complex. 1.8 miles to downtown shopping and food. Not too far, but far enough to not be in bustle. Garage parking + two guest spaces. Perfect option for family with small children or teens. We will be back!

This rental was amazing! It was just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just chilling out and even made a meal or two. It was perfect. The only thing I would add is maybe another couple of blankets just in case the night turns off cool. Thank you so much for sharing this property with us. We hope to come back and stay again in the fall.

Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking in.

Super clean condo
We enjoyed our stay at this property! It rained the whole time we were there over the long holiday weekend but we didn't let that put a damper on our stay. We were very comfortable and played board and card games and had a great time.

We love staying at Ocean Park, however they were doing loud construction which was frustrating when trying to put a baby down for naps. Wish we would have been told ahead of time as we probably would have stayed somewhere else

We enjoyed our stay and the close location to the beach. One thing that could improve is the comfort of the furniture. Seating such as sofa or chair were not all the comfortable because the cushions seemed wore out. The same with bed mattress to both beds.
