Start your day with a cup of coffee brewed in the Keurig coffee maker, or opt for the regular coffee maker for your morning brew. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating for enjoying meals with your family and friends.

Retreat to the Primary suite, where you'll find a comfortable King bed, a sofa sleeper, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. Pamper yourself in the newly renovated bathroom, which boasts a free-standing tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious double vanity.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a 32-inch Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of beach activities. The second bathroom has also been newly renovated. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering Twin beds and a 32-inch TV.

Seachase 1405W also includes the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay. Additionally, the unit features a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for whipping up refreshing drinks to enjoy on the balcony.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
