Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

Pet Friendly- $20.00 per pet, per night. Max 2 dogs or cats. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

Unit G702 is a fully equipped one bedroom with loft Condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House.

You and your pet will enjoy the views from your own private deck. The bedroom and the loft both have smaller Queen beds. Flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.

Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay..

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Self Reflection Retreat

A first-timers retreat for my friend who hailed from the midwest and had never set foot in the waters of the Pacific until now. Her dog had also never experienced being around as many people and other canines, but successfully mingled and got acclimated with a sabd beach that was also a first. I personally have always found the ocean to be a great therapeutic place to reset and recharge, so this entire trip was well worth jt. We met some incredible guests from diffeeent walks of life, which was another great experience.

A nice little get-away spot

Overall, a really good experience. We could see the ocean from the living room and deck--that was our main goal! :) It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The unit was a bit dated and could benefit from a few minor upgrades that would bring it into the 21st Century. The bathroom could also use a little TLC...the toilet ran off and on all night despite our best efforts to solve the problem. It's also worth noting that this unit does not have a table for dining, but it does have a set of barstools where people can sit around the island (though not comfortably) behind the couch. The loft was private and the fireplace was a very nice amenity!

Relaxation...it's at Gearhart.

The unit is beautifully decorated and the vaulted ceiling gives it a wonderful sense of spaciousness. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which have designated adults hours. This is such a quiet and peaceful place.

Nice for a weekend

The condo was good for a weekend stay. The view of the ocean was beautiful. When we arrived, the water for the toilet was running repeatedly. We called the office and they sent Pete to fix it. He was very nice and quickly fixed the problem. The internet connectivity wasn’t good. It could use an upgrade.

Perfect place to call home for a weekend stay at the beach

We found this rental one of the last available back in April for an Aug stay. It was 70's retro and funky, but worked out just fine for our 2 nights as a family of 4 plus little dog. The view was fantastic and the easily accessed beach trail was great. Plus, we didn't even realize it had a pool, so that was fun! It was clean, just needs some updating in the bathroom and kitchen but everything does still work. We'd probably look at other units to stay at in the building in the future but this wasn't bad.

Nice view and accessible beach

The good: We loved the view from the apartment and you could hear the waves, so it was pretty relaxing. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. It's an easy walk to the beach which was beautiful. The bad: The internet was unusable, so if you need to work or want to stream, either call that customer service or bring your own hotspot. My partner was never able to load a single page.

Perfect location

This was a great little place. It was in a perfect quiet location just a short walk to the beach. There was a golf course and restaurant across the street. The outside of the refrigerator was really dirty but everything else was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Amazing view and such a relaxing stay

Much more than expected. They thought of everything you might need. Cannot get over the view from both sides of the unit. Upstairs you have a view of the mountains and golf course. Downstairs view of the entire beach and mountains. You can see 2 lighthouses.

Amazing view with excellent location

Unit was exactly as described. View was great and the unit was loacted right next to the road to drive out onto the beach. Plenty of bedding, kitchen supplies and towels. Just two small things. The area for dogs was quite smelly and wet for most of the day, even my dogs didnt want to go there. Also the beds are a little hard, but sufficient.

We liked the location of this property and the unit was comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed except I didn't see a blow dryer. I didn't call the desk, not a big issue for me, but wanted to mention it for any gals needing a blow dryer ;)

Wonderful stay by the sea!

We had a lovely time in this sweet condo. Great view off the balcony and easy access to the beach. Convenient location between Seaside and Astoria for exploring on our long weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return!
