Kom och stanna en månad! Vår nybyggda privata moderna studio ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden med ett litet vardagsrum, rum för matsal, kök och bekvämt sovutrymme.

Det har välvda tak med en öppen känsla. I vardagsrummet har den en bäddsoffa och sittplatser runt den 42 tums plattskärms-TV och gaseldande spis.

Köket med sina vackra granitbänkar är öppet för både matplats och vardagsrum. Det har anpassade skåp och apparater i rostfritt stål.

Sovrummet är möblerat med en helt ny California King-säng. Du har också tillgång till ägarnas badtunna och takdäck med en eldstad där du kan koppla av och titta på havet och ibland se valar och delfiner!

Fastigheten är snyggt anlagd från trottoarkant till staketlinjer. Studion har privat åtkomst. Det finns ett litet uteplats för att njuta av morgonsolen och din egen lilla gasgrill.

Vårt hem är en licenserad Morro Bay semesteruthyrning.

Perfect location and wonderful guest house

Everything about this property worked perfectly for us. Cleanliness is so important to me, and this place was so clean that it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed time on the beach that was super close. We loved the town of Morro Bay. Such a quiet, peaceful town. Bed was comfy, we had plenty of towels, and everything else we could possibly need. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting us!!

Great stay!

Perfect stay for a small family. The studio and yard are decorated beautifully and the balcony over the garage gives you the best view of the beach. Will definitely plan to visit again :).

Great place and location!

Super well designed and the layout is spacious and relaxing. I loved the hot tub and the view from the roof deck! Great location, quiet but convenient to all. Host was very lovely and hospitable, generous with paper products etc. Hope to return!

Perfect Spot for Two

This spot is great for couples with a cozy bed, fire place, large shower and well stocked kitchen. It was perfectly maintained, private and had everything we needed. Check in/out was very simple and stress free. With easy access from the main highway and close proximity to many surrounding areas the studio is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay

The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The unit is modern, well equipped and in a great location (one block from the beach). The photos don’t do it justice. We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO/AirB&B properties and this one was by far the best. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful beach getaway

Beautiful property. Very quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean and even though attached to the main house provides a lot of privacy. The view from the roof top deck are amazing. Host is very kind and available if needed. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Bill and Marlene’s cozy stay was perfect for our weekend getaway! We loved being so close to the beach and really appreciated all the care that our hosts put into the space. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Morro Bay!

Marlene and I are both retired and have three boys with two living overseas. The third lives in Seattle, Washington. We really enjoy traveling to visit them. We like to meet your guests to make sure they are comfortable in our home before we leave Morro Bay.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Morro Bay is a great place for many outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking and surfing. Our beach is perfect for walking or running too! Afterwards take a short drive to town for a drink or dinner at one of the many restaurants along the water. One of our favorites if it is a nice sunny afternoon is Dockside on the embarcadero for barbecued oysters!
