Good Tides heeft het allemaal! Een 3100 vierkante meter gelijkvloers huis, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de meest aantrekkelijke strandingangen op East Beach, een zwembad groot genoeg voor baantjes zwemmen, en gracieuze binnen- en buitenruimtes om te ontspannen en onderhoudend. Good Tides is gerenoveerd in het voorjaar van 2019 en heeft een volledig nieuwe gastronomische keuken met hoogwaardige Bosch-apparatuur, nieuwe hardhouten vloeren, frisse verf, verbeterde badkamers, nieuwe HVAC-systemen en een dak. De drie slaapkamers bieden plaats aan zes in bedden plus 1-2 kinderen op een kleine slaapbank in de master. Een paar twin-sized luchtbedden bieden extra slaapruimte. De ruime woning heeft voldoende ruimte om zich te verspreiden voor ‘alleen tijd’ of om samen te komen voor maaltijden, spelletjes spelen of tv kijken en films. Met een eettafel voor 8-10, een keuken met tafel en aanrecht voor 7-9 en een spel- / eettafel in de serre voor 6-8, is Good Tides het ideale huis voor ontspannen familievakanties of vakantiebijeenkomsten.

East Beach is de meest gewilde wijk op Saint Simons Island. Aan de ene kant begrensd door duinen en een prachtig zandstrand met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en aan de andere kant door schilderachtig moeras waar kustvogels eten en nestelen, ligt de gemeenschap op slechts enkele minuten met de auto, fiets of golfkar van de bekroonde restaurants, winkels en het nachtleven van The Village met zijn historische vispier en vuurtoren en het nieuwe waterpark "Fun Zone". Het karakteristieke King en Prince Hotel en de omliggende winkels en restaurants zijn nog dichterbij, op slechts een korte loopafstand. Een bromfiets, golfkar of fiets huren om overal te geraken is heel eenvoudig.

(8 of us) Some did complain about the hard beds and opted to sleep on air mattresses. The location to the beach is great . We definitely enjoyed the pool and surrounding amenities ,teens and adults alike. The house was clean and supplied with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. Love the art work.

Property was well maintained and spaces were artfully enlivened with Asian themed art and furnishings. Pool was beautiful. Only negative was the drain flies in the master bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is wonderful! It was perfect for our stay and we had an amazing time. Very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and lots of open space. The pool is fantastic and we spent most of our time between the beach just a block or so away and the pool. Sarah @ Georgia Coast was wonderful and always quick to respond to any question. We hope to come back to this one again in the future!

Beautiful home, perfect location

This property is beautiful. The owners very obviously have a huge personal investment in this home. The home is very spacious and the pool is incredible. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to get our children to leave the pool to take the short walk to the beach! This island is a real treasure, and this house a gem. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at St. Simons or this house!
