Upptäck Laguna Beach, Florida! Strax väster om Panama City Beach ligger vår avkopplande radhus i den lugna änden av stranden där du hittar miles av oroliga stränder! Den sover sex bekvämt i två sovrum. Varje sovrum har ett badkar och det finns också ett halvt badrum på första våningen. Vi gillar verkligen den uteslutna dusch där du kan skölja bort efter en fantastisk dag på stranden. Det fullständiga köket har allt du behöver och det öppna mat- och vardagsrummet är mycket rymliga och inredda i färgglad strandstil.

Ligger cirka 100 meter från stranden (tvärs över gatan och 2 hus tillbaka), kan du njuta av den partiella havsutsikten från övervåningen på övervåningen. De två öppna gångvägarna till stranden leder dig till en av de vackraste stränderna i världen! Vi har inte en pool, men vem behöver en pool när du har det kristallklara vattnet i viken.

Will only get better when the gulf rises to make it beachfront

Everything was exactly as advertised. No problems at all. A plus was a couple of kittens who came to the back porch for treats!

Beach Trip

We had a great time on our trip. Property was as advertised. Far enough from PC to avoid crowds but close enough to enjoy the city if you choose to. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

Perfect location

Clean, spacious, and just like home, it has everything you need and then some. Beach is ridiculously close and absolutely beautiful. Neighborhood is family friendly and nearby PCB and all of its amenities. Looking forward to our next trip!

Excellent!

Very clean and had everything we needed! I’ve never stayed at a house where we didn’t have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and laundry soap. Everything was there that we needed so that was nice and convenient. The walk to the beach was very short!

Fun family vacation

Enjoyed our stay! Family of 4 with 2 teens. Loved closeness to beach. Outdoor shower to wash off sand was great. Liked that there was a bathroom in each bedroom (very convenient).

A gem a little off the beaten path

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, well-stocked, and looks just like the pictures. It’s literally 100 yards from the beach and the beach itself is beautiful. Grocery stores and gas stations are close by. But if you like to go out to dinner, you may want to venture a little further. Not a lot of options close by. But it’s a small price to pay not to be in the middle of the chaos of PCB! We like being at the end of town and would happily stay here again. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags etc which I really appreciated. Lots of rentals are very stingy with supplies! We will be coming back to stay here next year!

Nice townhouse

A short walk to the beach, located in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the small backyard area, as well as the 2nd floor balcony. We had everything we needed for our family of 3 adults. Plan to visit here again!

We had everything we needed at this townhome! Plenty of space for sleeping, eating, cooking or just relaxing on the patio or balcony. Easy access to the beach, shopping and dining.

Quick & easy beach access.

Loved how close we were to the beautiful beach, It was a short 3 minute walk. Laguna Beach is perfect if your looking for a family friendly environment. Close to all the restaurants, shops, & Pier Park. We loved it & will definitely be going back.

Great condo/ location

It's in a great location- approx 3 miles from pier park and a very short walk to beautiful laguna beach. We didn't know spring break was still going on so it was good to be away from all the mayhem. Condo was clean, fully stocked and just like pics. Definitely stay here again!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here. Everything was as listed. It was very comfy, clean and the location was perfect! Nice quiet area with an outdoor shower that was perfect for rinsing off after a day on the emerald coast! Will be back!

The property is right across the street from the beach-just a short walk. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved the outside shower to get the sand off!! Perfect clincher for a great place to stay!

Wonderful little gem, just outside of PCB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located in Laguana Beach, just outside of the rush if PCB it was perfect for crossing the road with our small children. With no hotels around close there was room to move around on the beach. The outdoor shower was a first experience for me, and it is a perk I will look for with future bookings. I HATE sand on the floor and in my stuff so it was a great addition to a wonderful getaway.

My condo at Laguna Beach has been in our family for over 35 years. My parents bought it as it was under construction and included many custom touches. At that time there was nothing on the beach side and we had an unobstructed view to the ocean. We've seen it grow up over the years, but we still love it because it is so close to the beach, and it is our home away from home. I purchased it from my parents in 2004 and did a lot of renovation and upgrading.

We love going to the beach, and these beaches are the most beautiful in the world! The sound of the waves and the beautiful turquoise green water is so very relaxing. Add a cool beverage and a fishing pole and you just can't beat it anywhere! There are several places nearby where we enjoy eating out, but our favorite thing to do is to get some fresh seafood from the local seafood market and cook it up at the condo. We have many friends in the area and we usually end up with a house full to join us in the seafood feast.

We get so many positive comments from our guests who enjoy staying there as much as we do. Just one stay will tell you why!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Laguna Beach is at the west end of the beaches and is considered the quiet end of the beach. There are mostly single family homes and some condos (but nothing over 4 stories high). There is only one hotel and there are no high rises. This makes for a beach scene that is family oriented and uncrowded.
