Nuovo rimodellamento nella città vecchia di Scottsdale! 15 posti letto con 4 camere da letto 3 bagni! Tutto in questa casa è nuovo di zecca a partire da marzo 2018! Indietro è cortile è un ottimo posto per uscire con nuova piscina di calore ($ 75 al giorno per piscina riscaldata), barbecue, caminetto e tappeto erboso! Abbiamo tutto ciò che serve in questa splendida cucina per cucinare per tutti, incluso un grande tavolo e un'isola con 15 posti a sedere! Questa è una posizione fantastica se stai cercando di trascorrere del tempo in Old Town Scottsdale, è un 5 minuti Uber / Lyft!
Forniamo tutti gli asciugamani e lenzuola di cui avrete bisogno, compresi gli asciugamani per la piscina.

Perfect for Spring Training

My friends and I booked this stay due to its proximity to the Spring Training facility for the SF Giants. The house was a great stay for us to relax and enjoy Scottsdale between games. Check in was extremely easy, and the communication was quick and efficient. However they do charge extra to heat the pool, which was pertinent to us since a cold snap came through the Phoenix valley that week.

Beautiful comfortable home

A group of 4 women stayed for a long weekend. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious feel with large private backyard. It was a quick ride to Old Town We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The house was great! We loved the heated pool. Large are in back yard was a great place to gather. Everything we needed in the house. Very clean. Shannon was great to work with! Will definitely stay again.

Very average home, great yard, low on appliances, horrible beds!

We had a great time staying at this property. I don’t want to get too nitpicky, because overall the house was lovely & the backyard was gorgeous, but I feel like I have to be honest in regards to the negatives. This house came with a couple of problems. It was very low on kitchen appliances in relationship to the number of people the home sleeps (we counted a total of six forks, you get the point). We received two noise complaints from a neighbor while we were there. One of them, when we weren’t even home & another when we were playing in the pool at noon on a Saturday, granted, our music probably was a bit loud. There was a solid amount of wear & tear on the house, half of the kitchen cabinet knobs had literally disintegrated & fallen off. The truly only bad thing about this property were the beds. They had massive divots where people have slept in the past. I’m talking massive: some of the mattresses had a whole 4-6” height difference between the edges of the mattress & the center of the mattress. Last thing I’ll say - none of the comforters had duvet covers which we found to be kinda gross. Besides the negative, the house served its purpose. The yard was fantastic, the pool was great, and the property owner was also a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive.

Great Girls Trip!

This place was fantastic! Shannon was super responsive and the place looks exactly what the pictures show. Didn't choose to heat the pool, but it was nice and refreshing. Would stay here again!

The place was okay… clean enough and location was good for our family

Until… an additional charge was added for a sheet and towels that were stained by makeup… I guess the cleaning fee and additional fee to heat for pool… were not enough to cover… disappointed we were.. and we did not complain of little things we noted while there thinking no biggie as we have rented many times before….. although the grill caught fire due to grease buildup that had not been cleaned… I would call that an even up with a dirty sheet and towels!!

Bachelorette Trip for the Books

This property is clearly well loved for group trips. All the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean and the pool was perfect. The location was ideal for our trip. Would highly recommend for a group trip to the Scottsdale area. I booked this trip in May 2022 and Shannon has been extremely responsive whenever I had questions in the interim. Definitely pack a pair of slippers and flip flops to use if you plan to be going in and out of the backyard area as it is easy to track dirt inside.

Cleanliness Lacked

The house is nice itself. However, it seemed that the property wasn’t cleaned for days. Yes, we did check in early, but it was obvious that it wasn’t cleaned that morning properly. When we first walked in it smelt like complete spoiled shrimp/fish that was left in the sink disposal. Then there was a dirty pair of underwear in the pool. One of the girls also found a random razor in their bed. Overall, it was a fun house and great kitchen/dining area, but the cleanliness definitely lacked.

Party House

The house itself was in a great location, and the backyard and pool was amazing for us guests to hangout at. A couple issues was when we arrived the sliding glass door was completely broken, tape/command strips all over the walls, trash outside, dirt in the bath tub, the floors were covered in dirt (feet were immediately black), there was stains all over the towels and the sheets. If you are a group of more than 11 adults I highly suggest looking elsewhere. the pullout bed was not a pullout bed made for an adult. The pullout bed was thinner than a mattress pad on hard wood, seemed like only 5ft in length, and they include air mattresses as sleeping spots. My fault as I missed that in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but expected it to be a lot cleaner as I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean up the counters and bathrooms.

Bachelorette Trip

We rented this house for a bachelorette party. It's in a great location and it was very easy to get Ubers to Old Town. The open layout was great for a group, we really enjoyed the large outdoor area, and the pool is great. The downside is that it's pretty clear this place cycles through a lot of bachelorette and bachelor parties as it was pretty run down in comparison to the pictures. The floors were dirty, there were stains throughout the house on the bedding, shower curtains, towels, all over the outdoor furniture, and spills around the pool area. Shannon did refund part of the cleaning fee for us, and I'm guessing we got it towards the end of a busy season, but in general this place did not meet the cleanliness standards I'm used to for a VRBO rental. Everyone complained about how uncomfortable the beds were too.

Weekend Girls Trip

This location was the perfect place for a group trip to Scottsdale. It was less than 10 minutes to the prime downtown area, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 and plenty of space for more! We had a great time staying here!

Cute modern home in central location

The property was a beautiful open concept with a large outdoor space and plenty of light. Our bridal party was staying at the home before my wedding and we loved being able to watch movies and play games at the card table. It was about 15 mins from everywhere we needed to be. Shannon was super responsive when we needed help. Originally the front door code wasn’t working and the dishwasher ended up dying during our stay and she responded promptly. The kitchen pots and pans are a little mismatched and all over the place, but we had plenty of plates and cups for our group. The towels weren’t super plushy or luxurious, but they did their job. All in all a fun home that could maybe use a few touch ups on the details. Would recommend for anyone who wants a cozy bright style and a great communal space.

Perfect house for a large group!

We loved our stay! Perfect for 12 girls for a bachelorette. The open concept was amazing and we really enjoyed the outside space including pool, grill, and seating. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty (we all had black feet within an hour) and we saw a couple stains on towels/ sheets. Overall I do recommend!

Great stay

Loved the house, except for the floors inside kitchen and living room were dirty upon arrival and everyone’s feet were black underneath. Had some trouble hearing back from the owner, but overall we loved the house and Shannon had plenty of plates, glasses, cleaning supplies to help make our stay even better. Great location for a VRBO, thanks for having us!

Such a fun space

We rented this house for a bachelorette party and it had just about everything we needed. I would recommend when you have a large group staying, asking for a few more bath towels before your stay. Such a cute little place and so spacious. We fit 12 of us for three nights comfortably! When we had questions we messaged the owners and they responded almost immediately!
