Il nostro noleggio settimanale estivo va dal venerdì al venerdì. Il check in è alle 15:00 e il checkout è alle 11:00.

Situato a pochi passi dalla sabbia sulla 27esima strada, in 109 27th Street, Newport Beach questa vacanza estiva si trova nel principale spot di surf di Newport Beach. Che tu navighi o no, questa proprietà è solo per te.

Great location and real roomy

This place looks just like the pictures. Very nice clean house. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Would recommend it to anybody that wanted to stay in a nice place next to the beach.

Enjoyed this vacation so much. House is close to everything! Beach about 1 minute away! Everything was great! The grandkids loved it too! Excellent communication with manager. Hope to be back next year

Perfect little retreat

This was an adorable little beach house! Very clean, perfect location and plenty of room. The down stairs is open so everyone can hangout and not feel crowded. Then up stairs has a big room with three beds and a huge master with a nice balcony. Ave was great to work with and very fast to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this sweet little beach house for any occasion.

Great place

Great location! Everything was very good, except.... No A/C upstairs. Windows had to be open all night, which made it a bit noisy for sleeping. Construction on next door house started about 8:00 a.m. Other than that, I would rate a solid A.

Great location!

We loved our stay at this charming beach house! Great size and plenty of room, the master bedroom is huge! The location is perfect - the beach, pier, restaurants and bars are all within a 10 minute walk! We had friends over for the day and the patio was perfect to barbecue and hang out! They even had beach chairs & boogie boards on site for us to use. Check-in process was a breeze, and Ave communicated right away. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

It was are great beach house. It was close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The beds were great and we loved the soft fluffy bath towels. Ave also had many beach items including a large bucket of sand toys, beach chairs a cooler and two boogie boards. We had ten people in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we could of used that was not in the kitchen was a pancake griddle other than that the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils/ cooking necessities. Thanks again!

Great beach rental

Stayed in Newport with teenage boys. Was the perfect location for the kids to surf and stay close to restaurants and shops. My husband and I walked to lots of great restaurants and the grocery store also a short walk. Perfect spot! Great house and a big thank you to our hosts!

Wonderful Time!!

We had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. And the fresh flowers were an added touch. The beds were comfy and there was so much room! The location was excellent! We were able to walk to all the restaurants and had a great spot on the beach everyday. We rented bikes and even biked to Huntington Pier. We will definitely be back here to create more family memories!!

Thank you Ave for allowing us to rent this great house for one night. My Girl Scout Troop had a blast. Located steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Simply perfect.

Perfect Location and The Cutest House on the Street!

We loved staying in this property! The location couldn’t be better. Being so close to the beach made it easy to run back and forth to the house with little kids. It’s just a short walk to the pier so we walked in for food multiple times a day. The master bed was so comfortable! We slept like a dream! Definitely the cutest house on the street. We loved the cute patios and the string lights at night gave us all the beach vibes. My only concerns were that the big flat screen TVs aren’t mounted on the wall. It was stressful with little kids to make sure they weren’t going to be knocked on the ground. Also all the decorative tables are glass tables so I felt like it wasn’t as child friendly as it could be. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you are going to book this property. Overall we loved it and would EASILY stay here again!! Thank you for having us!

Perfect beach vacation home, very spacious and excellent location!

The house was better than expected. There was a lot of room for a larger group, and the location was near the pier, beach, and restaurant/bars. Nice bathrooms, and lots of kitchen utensils. I would definitely rent this home again.
