Completely updated and designer furnished large penthouse corner unit at the exclusive Kingston Plantation Resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 private balconies.

Please note that this is a fully non-smoking condo.

Huge Master Bedroom suite features a lighted, pedestal King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features steam shower and double vanity.

The large Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds, one bunk bed, a private balcony and separate entrance. Guest Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub.

Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with 12 acres of freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, mature trees, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, one-half mile of white sand, secluded beach and 24/7 gated and roaming security.

All furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

A Nice Spot

This condo is as described in the listing, with great views and lots of room. I've stayed in this building many times before and this is one of the nicer units I've experienced. The owner was communicative and gracious, allowing me an early check-in - very easy to work with. The condo was fairly well-stocked overall, although some of the cabinets/drawers could use a bit more organization - a minor thing but worth thinking about. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd certainly stay there again. Note: A huge bonus of renting through Vrbo (and not through Kingston Plantation) is avoiding the $30 daily "amenity fees" that the resort charges.

Our host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The property had beautiful views and was in a great location. We loved that the beach was steps away! The condo was spacious, clean, and as advertised. My family and I had a fun and relaxing vacation! I can't wait to plan another trip!

Gorgeous views!

The condo was spacious with great views from all 4 balconies! Robert was very polite and answered all questions we had. We spent a LOT of time in the room as we were there during Tropical Storm Debby 2024, so it was great to be able to spread out. Kids enjoyed having a spacious area to hang out without adults. Would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Spring Vacation

Had a great stay at this South Hampton Penthouse condo in Kingston plantation, the views were unbeatable and the place was comfortable. Communication with Robert was great, very timely in his responses. We had no issues for the week. We will be renting again in September this year.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay here. Centrally located property with restaurants and shopping areas conveniently located. We had stunning views from all the balconies! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Relaxing stay

Our host Robert was great. He actually met us at the property which I enjoyed. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to relax. An amazing view from the 16th (Top) floor. Also the restaurant on site was very convenient with good food and outdoor games for the kids overlooking the pool and ocean. We truly enjoyed and hope to return next year. Thanks Robert.

Relaxing venue with excellent views

This penthouse unit has amazing views from its 4, yes, 4 balconies. The owner is very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. The gated, secure community provides a sense of security. The beach is large and clean. The unit is very close to anything you'd want to do in Myrtle Beach. My family and I all enjoyed staying here. We were very pleased with our choice of this condo! This was our 3rd year in a row vacationing in the North Myrtle Beach area & my whole family said this was my best pick yet on condos. There isn’t a bad view from any of the balconies…simply amazing! The location of the condo being in Kingston Plantation was a very safe, not overly crowded location (speaking in relation to the beach area and property area in general). We were close to MANY attractions and restaurants, which is what we like considering we are a family with 3 boys and we like to get out and about in the late afternoon/evening after being at the beach/pool all day. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Absolutely perfection

I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for well over 30 years. We have stayed in a lot of places. By far this condo was the prettiest place we have stayed. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The owner of this property made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a more toned down version of Myrtle Beach this is the spot for you. You are close enough to everything but removed enough to enjoy your stay! We will most definitely rent this again.

I am so glad that I booked this as my family's first getaway to Myrtle Beach. The views were amazing, the condo is spacious and clean. The host was very nice and friendly. My husband and I spent 2 weeks here. The Condo is large with the most amazing views from all rooms. The location is great. Shopping, golfing and restaurants near by. The beach is just steps away. Condo has everything you need. Easy parking, great elevator just steps from your door.

My husband and I recently traveled to the area for my business. What an incredible space. It was immaculate. Views of the ocean from every room and balconies off every room. Amazing views!!

We stayed at Robert’s condo for my nephew’s baseball tournament and the location was perfect—-lots of restaurants and the Tanger Outlet mall nearby. However, the view of the ocean was so absolutely amazing, we wished we could have stayed on the balcony all day.

This condo has spectacular views and Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest resorts along the Grand Strand. I live right outside the gates of the Plantation with my three sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this I am able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. I take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for my guests to vacation in. I personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 38 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

Why they chose this property

Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

What makes this property unique

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
