Du kommer att bli bedövad av Casa Indigo-ett obefläckat modernt hem med vacker inredning och hisnande sjöutsikt ut nästan varje fönster. Du kommer att njuta av känslan av integritet och avskildhet medan du bara är 5-10 minuter från centrala Coeur d'Ales offentliga stränder, parker, shopping, restauranger och nöjen. Oavsett om du planerar en familjetur eller ett par getaway, kommer du att älska bekvämligheter och plats.

Denna tre våningar, tre sovrum hem bekvämt har ett sovrum och badrum på varje nivå. Omkretsad av fönster fyllda med sjöutsikt ligger det rymliga sovrummet på bottenvåningen. Du sover lugnt i kungssängen under ett fantastiskt välvt tak och det finns även en gaspanna. Den bifogade master badrummet har en stående dusch för din morgon rutin och en jacuzzi för att koppla av efter en lång dag med utforskning.

En på övervåningen och en nere, hemmet andra två sovrum båda har queen sängar. Den nedre sovrummet har också privat tillgång till en liten uteplats med stolar och utsikt över sjön-perfekt för att njuta av morgonkaffe. Unattached till sovrummen, har den övre och nedre våningen båda stora badrum med dusch / badkar.

På huvudnivå vardagsrummet finns det avancerade, fullt utrustade köket. Mellan kakel bänkskivor och kakel kök ö med plats för fyra, det finns gott om plats för att laga mat medan du njuter av solen strömmar i. Intill köket finns det mysiga matplats med ett vackert träbord med plats för sex. Ön och bordets närhet möjliggör enkel konversation var du än sitter. Inbäddat framför många stora fönster har vardagsrummet en fantastisk (och comfy) indigo soffa, kabel-TV och natursköna skogs- och sjöutsikt som du kan njuta av under hela din resa.

Huvud utomhus för en avkopplande atmosfär fylld med bekvämligheter. Med en övre och nedre del är hemmans däck helt fantastisk. De som njuter av uteservering kommer att vara stolta över att se det stora bordet med plats för sex. Detta område är också fyllt med gott om extra sittplatser och sidobord, plus en fantastisk gasbrandpit för kvällarna.

Casa Indigo är lyxigt, men ändå välkomnande, och utgör en idealisk bakgrund för en semester fylld med sjöutsikt och äventyr.

Very comfortable and awesome views......

The Silver Beach Retreat was awesome, exactly what we were looking for. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the deck, sitting in the rocking chair, looking at the lake.

Relaxing Home

The house had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Deer were walking around the house in the morning and evenings. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. Very close to the restaurants and shops. We would stay there again!

This is a beautifully maintained and large home. You will enjoy your stay with close access to a large lake and downtown Coeur d’alene.

Wow! What a view!

Beautiful home. Stunning view! Only thing I would change is to have the couch in the living room and the bed in the master turned around to face the lake! Well stocked kitchen. Would go back again!

Beautiful Views

The property looked as listed. I rented the home because of the views, which did not disappoint. Also, for the outdoor patio. The outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was not well stocked, missing things like casserole pans, aluminum foil and salt and pepper. My comforter had coffee stains. For those reasons I cannot give it a 5 star rating. We did very much enjoy our stay and with those improvements I would highly recommend.

Stayed 5 nights. Was a beautiful location/setting. Unfortunately, wildfire smoke spoiled the view the last 2 days. But a lovely location. Would prefer contact via text over email. Email replies to our questions took several days to arrive in our inbox. Negatives: Kitchen floor was quite dirty, mold on the deck, kitchen drawers kind of a mess, food scraps in the silverware drawer, yard weedy and overgrown. For the price paid for cleaning, I think they're cutting corners. But certainly enjoyed the views and the quiet neighborhood. Overall nice place.

The home is beautiful overlooking the lake.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Some of the blinds are broken which is very unfortunate because the view should not be missed. We were even able to spot a beautiful bald eagle from the living room. Home is lovely, had everything we needed. 3 stories so we each had our own beds and bathroom. We definately would stay here again. Cleaning crew needs to clean under beds, sofas, end tables etc....Other than that, it was perfect!!!!

Beautiful home...but needs some TLC

We loved the house very much and enjoyed our stay, but a few things we felt needed attention. We have rented properties before and this home was not clean. The living room windows inside were filthy -hand prints and dirt all over. I cleaned them so we could enjoy the lovely view. The master bath shower floor was dirty and the walls had yellow streaks running down and lots of dead bugs in the overhead light. Under the living room couch was a dirty sock and the rugs were stained. Also the blinds in the dining room are broken- the left one fell down when we tried to open it and the right one's pull snapped when we tried to open it. The master bedroom blind on the far right doesn't open at all. This home is in great need of a deep cleaning. It is so beautiful, but for the rental amount it should also be clean. Also the propane tanks for both the BBQ and fire pit were empty. We were told that they would be provided (1 tank) and when I called I was told I could come by and pick one up from the property mgmt office. This is not something we should have had to do since we paid for this to be provided. We purchased a full tank of propane and left the remainder for the next guest. Overall I was quite unhappy with the condition of the house. And having to pay a cleaning fee when we arrived to a dirty home was a real disappointment. I think the property owners should also be made aware of the condition of this house.

Very nice lake home with some problems

This was a very comfortable house that accommodated my wife and two other couples on our vacation. The rooms are spacious and the beds were fine particularly in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and we all loved the bbq. The living room and deck were terrific. Two problems though: the freezer did not work, nor did the internet. We called VRBO and they sent a repair man but he couldn't fix either.
