Great location for family gathering

This is a great property for a family gathering. The house is well stocked with amenities and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos to enjoy. The property is well maintained and as seen in the photos. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Love Love LOVE!!

What an amazing house! I CANNOT say enough things about this awesome property. It was immaculately clean, and the hostess was really great. She was wonderful about responding to us and giving us ideas of things to do in the area- Main Street Bakery, Ferrari’s Italian, and Redefined Coffeehouse were great. They are all local restaurants too, so it was fun to support the local businesses. The backyard is easily the most amazing thing about the house. The fire pit and pool are very well maintained and really made for an incredible stay- it was an important weekend for us, and we loved every minute of this house, most of which was spent in the backyard. The porch, which juts up next to the pool, has a big sitting area and big table so we were able to eat and play outside. The fire pit is great for our s’mores dessert, too! It’s the perfect mix of privacy with a great location. The property is quite large and very private, but we were only two minutes to downtown historic Grapevine, if that. We probably could have walked! It certainly had enough private parking for us, and with the big fence and gate, we felt private our entire stay. The special touches were all there- fluffy bath towels (and pool towels too!), fine sheets, and lots of room for activities. Pamela, the owner, was really intentional with this house- I have not stayed in many rental houses that provide shampoo and soap, as if it were a hotel. I did not have to bring dishes, spices, or foil, and there were even small appliances like an ice cream maker (I didn’t use it, but what a cool idea!) We will certainly be back. Our entire stay exceeded expectations, and we have been staying in short term rentals for years all over the world. This is one of the best! Incredible Texas hospitality in a beautiful home- it’s the best in Grapevine!

Nice place, Lots of Room

Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.

Great Family Vacation

It was very nice place and worked well for our family of 10.We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 12-6 . It was cold when we were there but we had plan for that so they had plenty to keep them busy. The house has a separate room for the kids with air hockey ,games , TV, and this room also has two queen size beds and trundle. Including in this room is a small refrigerator and sink and pull out couch that might need some updating . The master room is nice bath has tub and shower the bed is king but has a foam topper which I personally don't like would rather replace mattress (guess this cheaper ) night stands are showing a lot of wear. The other rooms I personally didn't go check out the kitchen was great I don't see how the refrigerator could hold enough for 24 people ? My only complaint is the towels need to be replaced and wash cloths my son was drying his back and towel tore in half . And I was going to was my face and it smelled . But great location she has great taste and done a great job. I personally would not want to stay there with more than 10 people.

Great location for a Grapevine Christmas getaway

Our family of 13 gathered for a week-long holiday getaway in Grapevine and this property provided a great space for us. The convenient location made transport to and from the airport, downtown Grapevine and area activities very easy throughout our stay. The home was spacious enough to be together as a group for meals and conversation but also allowed for privacy when needed, and the kids (ages 9-15) really enjoyed having the game room to themselves for play and down time. The kitchen was very well equipped, making communal meal prep easy and enjoyable. And the back patio offered a great space to retreat and enjoy the outdoors. Had we had a little more sunshine during our stay, we may have actually used the pool (in December). Overall a very nice property for a larger group.

Fabulous!

Wow! This property is stunning. We were blown away! This home is very accommodating for a large gathering. My family raved about how beautiful this house was! My guests enjoyed having their own rooms. The openness of the living room and kitchen was so inviting. Simple check in and check out policies, which made the stay enjoyable. Pamela, the host, was excellent to work with! She answered all my questions and responded fast. I highly recommend this house or your next gathering. Thank you Pamela for a wonderful weekend stay.

Great place to connect with friends

Property was well equipped and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially liked that the dining area was large enough for our entire group to sit together for meals. The additional ice maker was a bonus that helped us throughout the weekend.

Perfect House for our Daughter's Wedding Week

The house is as beautiful as the pictures, and it was clean and well-appointed. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we enjoyed hanging out on the poolside patio, which is so peaceful. The host was really welcoming and responsive. This location was perfect for us, since it was close to wedding-weekend events in Southlake, Colleyville, and Grapevine.

Clean, spacious, well supplied!

Great place for a larger group to gather. The home was modern, up to date and most importantly very clean! We enjoyed our time there very much. The only note I would add and this is not a knock, but it is very close to the airport - which is great and convenient, but it is noisy in the outdoor space with airplanes overhead.

Girls in Grapevine

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. We traveled from Houston with 7 girls ages 8-12, and it was perfect for this little girls trip, with ample space and activities in the home. It is located close to so many local attractions, and the host is very responsive. Book it!

Our 2024 Family Staycation

Home was very clean and well stocked. Layout worked well for our family. There are many restaurants and activities in close proximity. We did an escape room and rented pontoon on lake. Owner quickly answered questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience.

Wonderful house.

The house location was great. House was very clean and very well stocked. It accommodated our large group. We had a plumbing problem on Good Friday contacted Pamela 5:15 on Friday, Easter weekend she had it taken care of that night. Very nice place. Highly recommended!

Perfect house for groups!

We are a group of 12 friends from all over the country and this house was perfect! Only 15 min from the airport and so much to do in Grapevine and surrounding areas. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Good seating in the living room, a huge dining room table and a well equipped kitchen, complete with two ovens. The outdoor space was lovely and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Lots of parking too! Area is quiet. Host was very responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Trip

This house was beautiful! It was also extremely convenient as we were all attending an event at the Gaylord and it was extremely easy to get to. Uber's were easy to grab from this location, it was quiet, and the house was lovely. Pamela was extremely responsive and helpful.
