Rilassati sul nostro balcone che si affaccia direttamente sull'Oceano Atlantico e sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca !!!

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e molto vicino a Coligny Plaza con molti ristoranti e negozi. Passeggia fino alla capanna Tiki, che è un bar sulla spiaggia preferito dell'isola e goditi la musica dal vivo ogni giorno durante la stagione. Salta sulle due bici da spiaggia più frizzanti che forniamo e pedala lungo la spiaggia e approfitta delle oltre 60 miglia di piste ciclabili dell'isola. Puoi davvero andare ovunque in bici.

Siamo molto orgogliosi di offrire il massimo del comfort nelle nostre ville e siamo sicuri che sarai molto felice di soggiornare qui. Forniamo lenzuola di peluche per il vostro soggiorno. Forniamo anche 6 sedie a sdraio, boogie board, dispositivo di raffreddamento rotante, dispositivo di raffreddamento della borsa, teli da mare e un ombrellone. Basta portare vestiti, cibo, articoli da toeletta e la tua bevanda fredda preferita per la spiaggia e il gioco è fatto.

Perfect place for an adventure home base

Love this location and this property really feels like paradise!! Highly recommend for families and those who want beach front and easy logistics for beach fun. Wash station is great and convenient with kids.Wildlife everywhere - saw so much just from the balcony and really made our stay special. The red light on the balcony was a little odd given nobody else had theirs on, but that's minor compared to everything else. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved the view

We love staying at Sea Side Villas! This was our 3rd time. The view from this condo was amazing! We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day.

Seaside Villas

Pros: the location was ideal; the balcony was wonderful; the grounds and pool were very well-kept; the parking was very convenient and ample; the kitchenette was well stocked; the air conditioning unit in the living room was adequate to cool the entire space. Cons: the bed was very uncomfortable; the bed pillows were ancient, mismatched, and gross; the bedding was low quality and stained; the bed had no headboard thus making it unsuitable for sitting; the sleeper sofa mattress was uncomfortable; the glass shower enclosure appeared to have not been cleaned in months and was thick with soap scum; the furnishings overall were low quality and dated; the bedroom lighting was only two small bedside lamps so overall quite dark even during the day.

Wow! What a view!

This villa was perfect for celebrating our 30th Anniversary. The view was fantastic...we enjoyed both the sunrises and sunsets! Everything we needed was within walking distance (via the beautiful beach).

Filthy

Location and view were perfect but that's the only positive thing we can say. This unit is grimy. Dust caked on inside and out of cabinets, lamps, bottom of tables. Kitchen faucet had grime. We found hair and dirt in the bed. Shower doors covered in soap scum. Bathroom sink drain is plugged. Microwave has an electrical issue as it only worked half the time. I wish I could add pictures as proof. We left a day early. I cannot understand how this unit has received 5 star reviews.

371 Sea Side Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at 371 Sea Side Villa. Great location and an unbelievable view. Villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner responded quickly to the few questions we had. Property and Pool were also always clean.

Great condo with great views!

The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw deer, rabbits, an Osprey and more. You will definitely enjoy this condo.

Over 35 years staying at Sea Side Villas

Had difficulty with front door but Meredith was available by phone and immediately gave us guidance. My best friend and I have visited Sea Side Villas for over 35 years. It is an excellent location, reliable, clean and perfect for 2 people and perhaps 1 child- (there are bunk beds in the hall). Very glad ceiling fans are available, especially in the bedroom. Price was great!

Exactly as expected.

You stay here to have a beach front view and easy access to the beach. Everything was great. Other reviews complained about the A/C, we had no problems keeping the space cool even with six people. Others must not have done a good job keeping doors closed.

Amazing Ocean View

The property was in a perfect location and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza with a grocery store and numerous restaurants to chose from. It was just me and my husband so the condo size was perfect for us for a few days. It was also great to have beach chairs, wagon, umbrella all provided for us so we didn't have to purchase or rent.

Great oceanfront view

Just a couple of glitches. As others have mentioned, on our arrival, the Gate Code didn’t work - neither the one we got a few weeks ago nor the one we got in update 3 days before our visit. However, Meredith quickly responded with one thing that did. Everything was minor. Could’ve used better instructions on how to use TV and access cable. Had to canabalize two lamps when only working lightbulb in the bath went out cause we couldn’t find any backups. Couldn’t get door to lock from the outside. Otherwise, it was was a wonderful place for two adults to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Sunrise Views

We fully enjoyed our visit to HHI and our stay at this property. It’s impossible to beat an ocean-front view for peaceful mornings with coffee and the sunrise! The condo is clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. which was appreciated. We will return!

"Just the B-E-S-T Condo/Unit on Hilton Head Island!!"

From reserving this condo/unit to our 5-day 4-night stay, this was an ABSOLUTELY P-E-R-F-E-C-T "mini-vacation"! My wife and I have stayed in MANY apartments, condos, rooms, units (we call them "condos") all over the Southeast. There has been NONE/0 nicer than "371". It was the CLEANEST, BEST DECORATED and BEST MAINTAINED one...bar NONE! The kitchen had EVERYTHING one could need/want (SO Clean, too). The bathroom was SPOTLESS. The bedroom was SPOTLESS. The living room was SPOTLESS. AND, the view from the BEAUTIFUL balcony of the ocean was MAGNIFICENT. We were fortunate enough to park under the complex with PLENTY of space for our car. Honestly, I could go on and on about our stay...the superlatives are countless. For those of you reading this review, PLEASE, PLEASE consider reserving here. Tell your family, friends and whoever else...even those you DON'T know. EACH and EVERYONE will be glad they "found" "371". LASTLY, this has NOT been a "paid" review...just an HONEST opinion from a very lucky and thankful man and his wife!! I "Thank You" very much for the opportunity to review our late November stay...we HOPE to be back!

Wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay in this compact condo with a great view. No issues except the A/C does quite cool the bedroom. We would book this unit again. BTW, great location near restaurants & shopping.
