"Escape to 'The Perch', a well-appointed executive hillside home with breathtaking views of the ski hill and valley.

Open living, kitchen and dining areas will allow your group to make fantastic Fernie memories. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The spacious kitchen is great for entertaining with a large island that seats three and a gourmet gas range.

Wake up to watch the sun rise on the Lizard range from the king-size bed in the primary bedroom or from the Queen bedroom on the second floor. Children (or child-like adults) can cozy into bunks in the third bedroom (one double and three singles).

There are two entertainment areas: Kick back and relax on a large sectional in the main living room, where you'll enjoy a gas fireplace and television, or head upstairs, where you'll find a recreation area with table tennis and a second TV with ample seating for friends.

Summer visitors will enjoy taking in the views while dining on the 600 square foot raised deck (BBQ available May to October).

Fibre optic internet provides lightning-fast connectivity for all your needs. There is a desk on the second-floor recreation area in case you'd like to check in and get a little work done (quickly) while you're away.

Our rates are structured with extra guest fees to cover the added costs of larger groups (laundering and consumables) and to make our home affordable for smaller groups. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking. Self-check-in is provided for your convenience and verified with an exterior security camera.

There is a secure, heated garage with space for your sporting equipment. Your reservation will include parking for two vehicles ONLY. Please plan accordingly. Please also be advised that there is additional accommodation on the property.
