Questo secondo piano, villa con una camera da letto in East Beach è aperta, ariosa, beachy e moderna! Situato adiacente al Santuario ea pochi passi dal Mercato del Centro Città - 4654 Tennis Club Villa ha pavimenti in parquet, granito, elettrodomestici inox ed è ben progettato. Due TV HD a schermo piatto, 350 canali, WIFI gratuito e prese USB in cucina e comodini dietro la camera da letto per una facile ricarica del telefono. Portico schermato è meraviglioso per rilassarsi e ha tende per la privacy. La villa ha un letto matrimoniale e un nuovo letto queen w / materasso in schiuma di gel, che può ospitare fino a 4 persone e consente il parcheggio per 2 auto. A 10 minuti a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia è straordinariamente conveniente e il cane di famiglia è il benvenuto per una piccola tassa notturna! Snowbirds benvenuto!

Hurricane Debby

We left on Monday as the storm approached. Shortly after we left a tornado hit 400 yards from the condo and 1 feet of water flooded where our car would have been and the main road out. We would have been trapped. Nothing wrong with the property but this vacation was a complete failure.

Anniversary

We have booked Kiawah for the last 5 years and we enjoyed the beach, ocean course and all the wild life. We would not rebook this unit due to the bed frame squeaking if you move an inch, the uncomfortable mattress and the very evident mildew all over the inside of the bathroom shower. I responded to the text message you receive when you check in asking you if you are satisfied with the unit and let them know about the mildew/mold. Nobody came out. We still used the shower.

Wedding visit

Awesome location, great comfy condo, 2nd floor view of tennis facility off big nice porch. Only downside was unit is part of 4 plex and 2 of the units were getting remodeled so weekdays experienced some noise.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, remodeled villa. Most pet friendly villas are sub par...this was lovely We left it as we found it. Unfortunately other pet owners my not do this and they spoil it for everyone

Condo was in overall good condition. We did spill some water on the kitchen floor and when we wiped it up realized the floor was pretty dirty… Also tried to contact the property mgr about getting a later check out but never heard from them …

small updates would have been appreciated

This villa is the perfect size for two people. There are some areas that need a little updating. The dresser in the bedroom had a broken drawer, the shower curtain was clearly very old and the metal rings were rusty. The cabinet in the bathroom was also in need a repair. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but unfortunately will not return.

Quiet getaway

The condo was lovely, just as depicted. The location was good, a doable walk to the beach, the park and market. Directions to such, left in the unit would have been helpful. Understand, there is very little signage and when you are unfamiliar with the area and all the villas look alike it’s confusing. Being right next to the tennis courts we thought it might be noisy, it was not, even sitting on the porch. The whole area was very quiet. The villa was generally very clean the only exception was the stove and cabinets around the stove that had a film of grease. Looked like the cleaner forgot that side of the kitchen. Renters should know there are no extras in the kitchen, no starter coffee not even salt or pepper. Suggestions to add would be a bottle opener, soap dish for the bathroom and facial tissues. Generally it was a very nice rental that we would not hesitate to rent again.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Beautiful decor, clean, neat, everything seemed upgraded and just lovely, plus and able to bring pet. Could not have asked for more.

Beach Stay Review at Kiawah’s Tennis Villa’s

Great stay! The property was the perfect size for myself, wife, and our small dog. It was clean , neat and organized. The only very minor issue we had is the location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach access but there’s plenty of bikes to rent and it also gave us an excuse to get our steps in! So be mindful of that and also GPS will not take you exactly to this property so you have to do some looking once your in the villa area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a nice property. Thanks!
