Location of the Crescent is ideal. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are great features. Our host,Marcia,was wonderful to work with. The unit looks like something that you would like to live in. Highly recommend this unit and this hostess for your stay..!

Fabulous Property

This unit was one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in. Had everything you could think of. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and view was incredible. The complex has an amazing pool and the chairs and umbrella were a wonderful plus. Will stay here in the future!!!

Great stay!

The unit is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Great views, and the pool and beach service were so nice to have. The location is great near shops and restaurants and right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant. The only recommendation for improvement is that the washing machine could use a good cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miramar Beach!

414 the most stunning home at the Crescent!!!

This was my first time in Miramar, with my family. After staying at 414, I will say there is no other place I will want to stay at Mirmar. First, the very spacious condo is immaculate with beautiful decor! The home was very clean, and that alone helped me feel like I could relax and enjoy the entire week. The view from the condo was perfect. Whether you were in the kitchen, living room or master bedroom you had an amazing view of the ocean! The deck was also spacious, and we would enjoy our coffee out on it each morning. The owners did an amazing job on the remodel. Both bathrooms were very large and there were many large closets with tons of storage to place all your belongings. The pool and ocean reminded me of resorts I have stayed at in the Caribbean and Mexico. For anyone considering this condo…GO FOR IT!! I have already recommended it to several of my friends!! I could honestly go on and on about the love I have for 414! We will be back! The host was wonderful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We will be back!!

Three Old Ladies

We love The Crescent and have stayed there many times, but this was the first time in 414. We were actually just below on the third floor when the 414 renovation was being done. The decor is pretty, but we really missed the kitchen counter space that was removed. We liked the balcony furniture and the fact that it could all be moved around, but we missed having a little table and chairs on the balcony.

Wonderful Week!

We had a great stay for Spring Break. Marcia was great to work with and her condo was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was an amazing view from the balcony. The Crescent facility is also wonderful. The large pool and ocean were a bit chilly as expected for March, but the small pool and hot tub were perfect. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a short drive from many Destin hot spots. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we come back.

Awesome Condo!

Marcia is an excellent host. Very responsive with excellent communication. The 4th Floor (top floor) condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain the family. We loved watching the dolphin fins rising from the ocean view while sipping coffee in the morning, while the kids slept. The pool is MASSIVE and it’s a short walk to the beach. There’s a small public beach (maybe 30 yards wide or so?) just a short stroll down from the Crescent beach, right in front of the Surf Hut. We preferred this to the private beach as we could put up our own beach tent on the public beach (not allowed on the private beach). Wonderful experience and definitely want to stay in Marcia’s place again!

GREAT condo for family vacation!

Our entire family (6 of us - 2 adults + 14 year old + 15 year old + two 9 year olds) had a WONDERFUL time. This condo was perfect and just the right size. The view was incredible, the location was wonderful and the updates in the condo were so great. I would recommend this for anyone looking to visit Miramar Beach!

Fun in the sun!!

This was our first time staying at The Crescent 414. We were completely blown away by the breathtaking views of the Gulf !! We felt like we were at a luxury resort! Beautifully remodeled with tranquil colors and furnishings. So dreamy! We really liked that it is a gated property. We Looooved the Pool!! Snowcones on the beach ! We have delicious meals next door at Surf Hut. It is close proximity to so many restaurants, shops and grocery store. Marcia was so great to work ! She responded so quickly to any of my questions leading up to our trip as well as needs that we had during our stay. We will definitely be back!

June Family Vacation

This was our 6th year taking a family vacation to the Destin area and we all enjoyed this condo and property more than any other we have ever utilized. My wife and 12 and 8 year old daughters were all so happy and impressed with 414 and the Crecent property that we have already rebooked for next year and I can say that we will plan to spend at least a week in this unit a year as long as this unit is available for renting!!

This condo was incredible. So clean, chic, and convenient. The Crescents Pool is large and very well kept. Recommendation, order the bushwhacker at the oyster bar & grill only about a block away next to Winn Dixie. The food there is also delightful!
