Upside down nutida saltbox med övervåningen stort rum, öppen spis, och helt nytt uppdaterat kök med halv badrum. Skjutdörrar öppna för att slingra runt däck på båda nivåerna med underbar utsikt över Long Pond. Svanar på vattnet garanteras inte, men vanligtvis där. Central A / C ger en bekväm vistelse under de varmaste sommarmånaderna.

Två privata sovrum (1 på övervåningen, 1 nere) med eget badrum, queen size-sängar och separat tillgång till däck gör det här huset perfekt för utökade familjer, grupper eller två familjer med barn. Nedre våningen har 2 extra sovrum och ett badrum: ett är ett charmigt dubbelrum med två sängar och ett större våningssäng rum som kan sova upp till 4. Vi kommer att acceptera väluppfostrade husdjur.

Huset ligger 1 km från Madaket Beach, Millies, och Smiths Point och all lovligheten i West End på ön. 1 kvarter från Madaket cykelväg och busshållplats (5 miles in town). Gasgrill, bord och stolar och lounger finns på övre däck för avkoppling och bästa utsikten över solnedgångar. Strandstolar och utomhusdusch ingår.

Best place on the island

You can’t have a better jumping off point for a week on the island with young kids. We come back year after head and love the place.

Serene Local

Long Pond Road is a quiet and serene location in Nantucket. Wake up in the morning to swans swimming leisurely in your backyard. Close to town and beaches. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great property for a Madaket vacation!

Great property for a big family or even multiple families. Very close to Madaket beach, the bike path and steps away from the shuttle bus stop. Great views of long pond from the back deck as well!

We love our stay at Long pond road. This is our third time at the house. It is perfect for two families and appreciate being able to bring the pooch too. The view off the back deck is stunning in the morning. We hope to be back again!

Amazing location

Highlight of this rental is by far the location. Pond view and a 2 minute drive to Madaket Beach and Smiths Point. Kids rode their bikes to beach on the bike path! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay and the house was as advertised.

Excellent house with beautiful deck and view

Great house on Nantucket! Provides privacy but still an easy car ride to everything. Great house for two families as it has two master bedrooms and two other bedrooms with multiples beds. This house checks all the boxes!

Great spot! Will be back!

We just returned from a great week in Madaket. The house is spacious and the location is great. Lots of good running and walking loops around and also very close to beach and Millie’s. Upstairs is very bright and sunny with views of Long Pond. The downstairs is useful because it accommodates sleeping 8! However I would say it’s a little outdated downstairs. Good for kids.

Excellent Stay

House is exactly as described. Perfect if you are looking for a secluded spot away from town but near the beach (and Millie’s). We had no issues whatsoever and enjoyed our stay.

Secluded, Great Stay

Stayed here with a few friends for a wedding. While the location definitely requires a rental car / ubers to get around, the house is nicer in person than the pictures portray. The deck is a great place to hang out and there is ample space in the house. The host was friendly and accommodating on check in / check out times.

A wonderful escape in a quiet corner of Nantucket

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! it has a nice sunny deck overlooking long pond, and a nice back yard for the kids to run around. The rooms were clean and the kitchen well appointed. the island is small - downtown was 15 minute drive away and provision stores were 15-20 minutes drive away (like stop and shop). Millies, the only dinning this side of the island, was fantastic food. Madaket beach right near by is a rough and tumble fun beach, but several northern beaches are less then 10 minute drive away - we really liked Jetties near town. The owner was incredibly responsive to questions - which we had many prior and during the trip. Thank you!

ACK at its best.

I've been going to ACK for 50 years. Never stayed in a home with such breathtaking views and a wonderful location. Saw a family of beautiful swans on Long Pond swim by at least once a day. The main wrap around deck provided so much natural light from the four sliders in the master BR and living room. Open the sliders and we always had a cool breeze. Had A/C but didn't need it very often. The beach was a five minute drive and at times you could hear the waves from the house. Two master bedrooms, one for my daughter and son in law, and my grandkids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space, one bedroom was never occupied. The home was clean upon arrival, well stocked, and I never had to contact the host because everything was perfect. Nantucket is a beautiful place, this home made it even better.

Spectacular End of Summer Getaway

Wonderful house with a wonderful host! Sally was extremely helpful in answering all our questions prior to and during our stay! Beautiful views of long pond and 20 min walk or 10 min bike ride to the beach ! Great location!

Great house!

This was a perfect house for two young families to share. We loved the neighborhood and the setting on Long Pond. Sally was super helpful and responsive to all our questions. Would absolutely stay here again!
