Top Floor Ski In/Out Condo: Elevator, Amazing Views and Amenities

This 2 bed/2 bath condo is directly across from parking and the Clubhouse complex which includes a year-round pool, heated in ski season; year-round hot tub; dry saunas; tennis/pickleball court and fitness center with
locker room and showers. The free winter shuttle service will also transport you to the gondola base area and free city bus.

The elevator can take you, your supplies and equipment, and family members of all ages from the lower level and in/out trails to this spacious, top-floor condo. The condo has a wonderful wrap-around patio with panoramic views from Thunderhead Lodge in the East and the Mt. Werner/Steamboat ski slopes to year-round sunsets in the West. This spectacular condo's great room features a seasonal gas-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with apps, DVD player, free wi-fi, and queen sofa sleeper. A dining table for 6 people, an open kitchen with bar seating for 3, plus well-stocked cabinets providing more than enough necessities to prepare and cook meals and brew your coffee your way. The convenient entry with a bench, hooks, and cubbies completes the great room.

There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower combo and the other bath with a large glass shower. The en-suite primary bedroom has a king bed, a glass shower bath, a TV with firestick, a closet and chest, bedside tables and lamps with charging stations, mountain and slope views, along vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a closet, chests, and lamps. This bedroom has sweeping balcony views and access, along with the second tub/shower bath which is directly across the hall. This condo sleeps 4 separately with a maximum of 6 people.

Great Ski In-out Spot

Great place for a small family to spend time on the mountain. Ski in-out was easy enough to navigate. It had all the amenities we needed for a great week-long stay.

Ski vacation

We had a wonderful trip. The condo had black hair in the bathroom and the rugs looked very old - I think for the amount we paid those things should not happen. The door frame came off when we walked in the door and had to be repaired. However, it was a beautiful view and we all had a great time on the slopes!

Spring Skiing

Property was excellent. Nice views of the mountain. Negative: Property was advertised as "ski in and out". Did not find out that until we checked in that the "ski in and out" trail was closed, spring conditions. If I had know that I would not have booked the property. Minor negative: The outdoor hot tube closes at 8:30 pm, really!

This condo has a great location and perfect ski in/ski out accessibility. Other than one minor issue with our room keys not working, everything was perfect! We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to come back!

Great Location, Ski In and Out

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The property is well equipped and located (great views from the living room)! The additional ski in and out feature was wonderful. Easy access to the resort and to the town. The management company Retreatia was very responsive -- we had to contact them several times because the key access cards had a high failure rate. Again, would stay there again.

Comfortable & convenient

Comfy two BR with decent kitchen and comfortable living space. Beds good. It is ski-in, ski-out but it is a narrow, sometimes flat trek back in to the condo. Check-in & check-out is off site but quick and easy.

Terrific ski-in/ski-out condo!

We really enjoyed our stay (family of 4, including 2 teens). The ski-in/ski-out ability was terrific. Pool and hot tub were quite nice amenities. Our visit was in early Feb and there was a TON of snow, but driveways, parking lots, etc. were all clear enough for safe walking and driving. Bathrooms in the condo are really nice and the living room is cozy with the fireplace. Thanks for helping make a terrific ski trip possible!

Great....with exceptions

Great unit with awesome views of the mountain and sunset. Easy ski in/out. The exceptions were that neither the hot tub in the building or main hot tub were functioning. In addition we had a live bug in the master bed and dead bugs all along the patio door. More disappointed that no notice was given that the hot tubs werent working. After a hard day of skiing the hot tubs are a must. They did refund the cleaning fee.

The Property was as pictured and the complex was very quiet. We really enjoyed the wrap around balcony and the dark sky for star gazing in the evenings. It’s location is central to some great hiking.

Excellent property and great for the family. Be aware that if you are planning to visit in the warmer Summer months, the unit can get very warm during the day and not cool off until late into the early morning hours. This is minor but important to know if you reserve between mid-July and August

Near Burgess creek wich was a pretty summer hike with wild flowers, creek and blue skies. The master bedroom was a bit warm, but over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for ski in and ski out for Steamboat! Ski locker storage was handy and parking lot spots were easy to find. Management was responsive to several inquiries I made during the stay. I would stay there again.

Great place, with wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay in steamboat. Condo is located close to slopes and made for a great ski trip. Some notes are that this is surely a ski- out property when there is enough snow, I would say a bit more of a hike in, but doable. Night skiing can be fine, but we drove down as the shuttles weren't running and the close trail isn't open for night. The room accommodations were great and the kitchen will stocked.
