Great stay

My husband and I stayed at Turtle Bay top floor studio to vacation after my work on the island was done. We enjoyed the space and it was exactly as described. Great location and so many things to do and explore in the area.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, which is a must while on vacation. Although we didn’t use the beach towels and beach gear, it’s nice that they are supplied. It’s a bonus that not all condos have. We have stayed in many different condos here and I believe this was the most comfortable.

Great place for 2 people. It was about a ten min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the resort was shut down for renovation while we were there. We look forward to coming back when everything is opened up!

Quick trip to Oahu

The place was as described and other reviews accurate. Surprised that the place did not have a balcony. The little extras helped make the trip more special. Having the many walking paths and multiple beaches made the area special.

Beautiful property in the perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The mid-century vibe of the space was very nice and homey and VERY clean and well-organized. The amenities were top notch (luxury bath products, soft robes, etc…) and the extra touches were SO appreciated! The property managers were incredibly helpful and communicative! We can’t recommend this stay strongly enough! 10/10!

Immaculately clean, very good quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. The apartment was in a quiet area next to the Golf Course and if revisiting, this is where we would seek to stay. Thankyou to all involved.

Close to do much on the north shore

We choose this location because of the reviews. While it is in Turtle Bay resort, you do need to drive to get to the actual resort if you are carrying items to the beach. The listing states a/c. There is a/c, however, it is a small window unit that took 24 hours to make it fairly comfortable on the lower level. The loft stayed quite warm the entire time, which is where the bed is. The room was very clean and the added beach gear was greatly appreciated. There are really nice beaches nearby and plenty of food along the road if you don’t want to eat at the resort.

North Shore Stay

Very comfortable place and well equipped. Enjoyed the trails to walk on. Quiet place, min to no noise between units. Only negative was check in. Email had wrong gate code to get in at the start of email and different code later in email. Caused difficulty getting in. Called but no response till we emailed next day. No further issues

Just Easy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was able to book this adorable condo for just 2 very easily. I appreciate the fact that I could have called for questions at anytime and I would have received a response. Upon entering, we were so surprised to see how beautifully done the upgraded kitchen was, the modern furniture with the perfect modern beach home decor. It was cozy and so very cool. We love all the extra touches. Staying in the Turtle Bay resort, you were surrounding by beautiful gardens and a golf course views. The condo was clean, a comfortable bed and great accommodations. We loved the location. We will certainly return.

renter beware

Unit was small and not well equipped for prepping and cooking meals. Property managers gave us an outdated code for the entry gate. We couldn't get the TV to work, had issues with the volume level being stuck and property managers took over 24 hours to respond. Bathroom is located downstairs, Toilet paper was "see-thru", upstairs bedroom loft ceiling was so low that neither of us could walk upright. Washer/dryer had a warning sign on it about the lint trap having to have water in it yet no instructions as to how to do this, plus it was too tall for me to reach, so we didn't use it.

A perfect bolt hole for exploring the North Shore.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is as near as you can get to the Turtle Bay Gate and thus, has the very easiest access to the main road.There was nobody to greet us, but the back up details given worked perfectly well.The apartment is spacious, well maintained, extremely clean and a credit to both owners and housekeepers. The furnishings and equipment are of very good specification.The mezzanine bedroom is good and with a very comfortable bed. If 6’ or more in height, be wary of banging your head as you reach the top of the stairs (I did and repeatedly).If I was to visit the N Shore again, then I would most certainly seek to stay in this apartment.There was a leak through the roof after torrential rain on the very last morning. Maintenance were around within 20 minutes, albeit they could only capture the water drip whilst waiting to inspect further when the weather improved!
