The house is fully equipped with all amenities including: beach chairs, beach towels, basic breakfast(granola,yogurt, fruits, tea and coffee), grill and stocked with bathroom amenities.

I am a father of 2 and my wife and I live in this wonderful area. We started coming to Indian Rocks Beach FL for vacations about 8 years ago. As you can see we never came back from our last vacation and made this hidden gem our home 8 years ago.

Fully remodeled home in a perfect LOCATION. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Brand new salt water HEATED swimming pool. The home is fully remodeled, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and even a brand new roof. You will enjoy the open floor plan and the screened porches.

Fully stocked with kitchen, beach and all your essentials needed for that perfect vacation. Screened outdoor lounge dining area will offer that perfect vacation feel.

What makes this property unique

The house has 3 bedrooms with solid core doors which are a great sound barrier. The house has been fully renovated and the swimming pool was built in August of 2022. The front porch and the pool area is completely screened to protect you from insects. We also created an outdoor dining lounge area that your family will absolutely love.
Our kitchen is designed for your family to spend your time together and we made sure it is fully stocked.
Our pool is always set to 85 degrees year around so you can enjoy your stay. There are chaise lounges and chairs around the swimming pool and we will have some floating accessories for you to use.
Beach chairs and umbrellas will be stocked in your outdoor bin for you to use. Special requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate.
