Even though this is mentioned in several parts of the listing, it occasionally it gets overlooked; there is a mother in law apartment over the back area of the house where other guests may stay. There are no shared spaces and separate entrances. I do ask all guests to respect each others vacations by observing quiet hours between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Thank you.

Our host was responsive and communicative and that's always good! The space had variable heat zones, some less comfortable than others. The space has a distinct "guys" kind of vibe, and as a group of 4 women/teens it was comfortable but not cozy. Loved the big dining room table as a gathering place, kitchen well stocked. Thank you for your care in creating the space.
My family and I had a lovely week long stay at Jason’s property and were very happy with everything. The house was clean, comfortable, conveniently located to downtown Bend and Jason was a terrific host. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.
The house was nice and seemed really clean. When we arrived though we found that all of the windows were left unlocked and many of them didn't have screens. As a group of girls, on a girl's trip, that was a little worrisome! Other than that it was a great house though.
This place is amazing. Love the cleaniless and the minimalist and fun vibe. The art was great! The beds were high end hotel quality! It made you feel like a vacation and home at the same time which is not easy to come by. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again for my next trip. owners were very commcommunicative
I travelled from Seattle to meet my college aged daughter and 2 of her friends from the University of Oregon in Bend for a long weekend. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and could easily have accommodated 2 more people. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer and all other appliances worked well. The bathrooms were small and the showers a bit outdated but everything worked just fine. We were able to drive into downtown Bend for shopping and dining. We drove to Mt Bachelor to ski each day which took 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to all of our activities. I believe there were people in the upstairs suite but the noise was minimal and in no way disruptive. I would highly recommend this house and would happily stay here again.
well it was nice but the kitchen wasn't really stocked with much. No wine opener! The couple above had a lot of sex on sunday morning right above our bedroom which was weird. I liked the house
Everything was functional and practical. Great location for our needs over Christmas. Comfortable beds. Grandkids had a great time with electronic pong table. Beating grandma was their favorite.
The house is well-appointed and spacious and very clean. It is an easy and comfortable house to live in. The rooms are large, the house, airy and open. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept extremely well. The kitchen is great and well equipped. It was a pleasure to come home to in the evening for the five days we were there. Highly recommended!
5 adults stayed at the house 10/11. We were attending the Bend fall festival and didnt want to have to drive home after. Convenient/clean, good communication with owner.
Lovely place and lovely host. Would recommend to anyone!
The neighborhood was quiet, safe and charming with grocery stores and Back Porch coffee just a free minutes away on foot. Would definitely stay here again!
Overall, a nice property with a great location. The bathrooms are VERY small. No counter space. I guess I missed in the listing that there is another unit above so there are quiet hours. I was there with friends so that was an issue. There is parking for three cars only. We are all drove separately so if we had one more car that would have been an issue. House is on a fairly busy main street. Overall, it is a cute house in a great location.
Overall, the property was a good place to sleep and make a couple of meals. It is a close drive to down town though not walkable with small children (we didn't expect it to be). There is updated cooking utensils, pots/pans and dishes for children. We appreciated the games that were available for kids and the dining space. The AC units cooled down most of the house adequately but they are very loud.
Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing games on the Pong console. Only one minor issue, we couldn’t find a blow dryer in either bathroom. Otherwise it was a comfortable, quiet stay. Thank you.
My sense of adventure and love for the outdoors was instilled at a young age as I was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. Growing up I was fortunate to build a ski racing career that eventually led me to Salt Lake City, UT where I attended the University of Utah and once I figured out what I wanted to do in life, I went back to school to become a Helicopter Pilot which is what I have been doing as a career for the past 6 years. I currently work for the local Air Ambulance company, Airlink as an EMS Medevac pilot. In my spare time I enjoy taking advantage of Oregon's amazing recreation which includes skiing, biking and fishing. After a long day of being outdoors, heading to the Crux Brewery for great food and beer is the best way to cap off the evening!
