The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and CD radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available.

UTMB 50km - Eze to Nice

My partner and I had travelled from the Uk to take part in a 50km race from Eze to Nice .. we were so lucky to find an apartment within a short walk from the finish line .. The apartment was perfect.. we had all we needed.. Deva was quick to respond to any questions.. highly recommended 😊

Perfectly located in Old Nice

Perfect property for 2-4 people - centrally located in Old Nice and on the doorstep of the Promenade D'Anglais and all the restaurants/shops/markets of Old Nice. The flat is welcoming and comfortable although, be warned, this isn't the flat for you if you have mobility issues as you have many steps to climb before you reach the apartment. There are no lifts so if your case if heavy, you'll have quite the workout getting it upstairs. I would most definitely return again however as the location was perfect.

Perfect Location in Vieux Nice

We recently spent just over 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is very well equipped, very comfortable, clean and so central, and it's exactly as it looks in the photos. You step out of the front door onto the flower and vegetable market, which quickly transforms into restaurants late morning. Monday is the antique market, which is well worth a visit. For real French food try Bistrot Antoine and Comptoir du Marche. For a great coffee and brunch/lunch try Cafe Marche in the street behind the apartment. For great live music and friendly staff try Wayne's Bar on the Rue de la Prefecture (all within a few minutes walk). Visits to Monaco and St Tropez are a must, as is sunbathing on the beach at Villefranche - just a short bus or train ride away. This apartment is ideally situated in the beautiful old town of Nice. We're already planning our next visit...

Great appartment in Nice

Dear Scott Thank you very much for renting your lovely appartment :-) We enjoyed Nice SO MUCH and the location is great :-) We enjoyed the markets at Cours Saleya and the great atmosphere in the old Nice. On the Cours saleya

Right in the heart of Nice Old Town and 50 yards from Promenade des Anglais and the beach - you can't beat this location. The 3rd floor walk up is not not suitable for disabled and It can be noisy with windows open at night. You walk into the famous flower market from the front door so syou are only yards from the ecellent cafe's and restaurants that surround the Cours. It is a good sized flat with two double beds, and well equipped with everything you need for self catering. We had a very enjoyable stay of 10 days and we would be very happy to return there. The Old Town of Nice

The flat is situated in the old town of nice - the best place to be. It can be noisy but shutting the windows blocks out the sounds. It is 50yds from the beach. The fresh fruit and vegetable martket is outside the front door. Tuesday it changed to an antique market. There are serveral supermarkets close by. An excellent Cave to purchase wine. In the evening, the cafes and restaurants take over. If you are looking for a beach holiday with eveing dining, this is the place. It is a good sized flat with two double beds. We had a lovely visit. I would not hesitate to go back. The beach is pebbles - so get some rubber slip on shoes. august 2010 Mike

Perfect location

We have just stayed at the apartment in June 2009. Not knowing Nice we had doubts about the location but it turned out to be perfect. It is on the most popular (pedestrianuised) street in the Old Town, the best part as far as we are concerned and just 2 mins walk from the beach. It is noisy at night but if you close the windows you can't hear a thing and it was still reasonably cool. You can't stop in the centre of a city and expect silence though. The building in general is very old (about 300 years we were told) and as such as the character to go with. There are several fights of steps to get to the apament inside so you need a bit of stamina but no more than some pensioners who use them daily. If you do struggle with steps though you will struggle with this apartment but we loved the bit of exercise The apartment would have scored a perfect mark had it had a balcony but when you are situated on the best street in town and seconds form the beach you can't really grumble. The photos don't actually do the apartment full justice. We would stay at the apartment again and loved Nice and its people.

Market Location Apartment

We loved this location for ease to get to the sea, promenade, enjoying Nice Old Town, the daily market, walking to the marina area, train, bus, and tram stations and enjoying evening walks to enjoy the lights and sounds of Nice.

Great location

This is a great location in old town Nice, right on the Cours Saleya market and less than a block to the promenade and beach. Close to restaurants and bars and all the attractions that Nice has to offer. The unit is well equipped with 2bedrooms, living and dining area.

Can be a little noisy at night but wake up in a great location. Closing the windows did the trick or earplugs. Cozy, well equipped and comfortable. Market and restaurants out the front door! Would definitely recommend and return.

Absolutely lovely space

Wonderful stay, roomy apartment. Manager was very prompt and responsive with questions and concerns. My friend and I had our own private space and lovely being able to hang in the living room together and at the large table for a meal. The location is wonderful for access to all things Nice. And, there is no getting around the noise level, beat to accept it. It makes a considerable difference if you shut the windows and there are fans if it gets stuffy. Great to have a clothes washer and the kitchen had all the things needed. Would definitely stay again!

la posizione di questo appartamento è incredibile, vicino a tutto affaccia direttamente su course saleya (per questo la sera a finestre aperte ai può sentire un po' di rumore) e a due passi dal mare. la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario, le due camere da letto sono sufficientemente spaziose e la zona living molto comoda. consiglio vivamente l'alloggio.

Lovely light and spacious apartment

A wonderful location with fresh produce at the market just outside the door and lots of great restaurants in the streets behind. It was also a perfect base for exploring Antibes, the ceramics museum at Vallauris, the Maeght Fondation at St Paul de Vence, and in the other direction, the Eileen Grey and Corbusier places at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, followed by lunch at Villefranche sur Mer. We loved our stay, thank you!

Overall enjoyable, right in front of market. Do not take too much luggage since the appartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Bathroom is tiny!
