Not only it's close proximity to the beach but just a short walk to the playground, golf course, tennis and basketball courts as well. Grand Adventure is the perfect home for ALL seasons! Spend your Summer days with the sand between your toes or splashing around in the private heated pool, in the Fall take in the colorful foliage and venture to a nearby brewery, winery or go horseback riding. Pack the kids and the sleds in the Winter and head for the hills. In the Spring, check out some great hiking at the local State Park and play one of the great golf courses in the area. Friends get away!

What a wonderful home. Just as described in the description. The pool was wonderful. Kitchen fully stacked. The beds comfortable. Close walk to the beach. Would definitely go again.

Annual Grand Beach Vacation

We loved our stay in Grand Beach this year! The house was exactly as described and has the perfect location for short walks to the beach. Gina was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a perfect stay. We hope to come again soon!

A Perfect Summer Getaway

We had the BEST time at this property with our two little ones (ages 4 and 1)! It could not have been more perfect. We are already counting down the days until we can go back again next summer. The home was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk (about 5 minutes while pulling a wagon) and the neighborhood was so friendly and perfect for strolls with the kids. The most wonderful property for a summer getaway and beautiful family memories!!

Excellent home for a family vacation

This home is lovely. It's fresh and clean in a charming neighborhood, Grand Beach. The private pool is well kept and the lounge chairs provide a truly resort feel to this wonderful vacation home.

Fantastic Grand Beach home with a pool

Our family had a fantastic long weekend at this Grand Beach home with a pool. The house was very roomy and well equipped. A wonderfully equipped kitchen to cook and converse with our family encourages the togetherness for everyone. There is a large dining table and plenty of seating for everyone. All the bedrooms were large and had very nice bed linens. The bathrooms are new and very nicely done. The pool area was also clean and lots of chair options- lounge/ sun chairs, umbrella table and couch area. Only a short walk to the beach was a bonus for our nightly sunset watch party. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Beautiful Home

I have rented multiple times from Gina, but this was the first time at this house and we had a wonderful time. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even arranged for us to be able to arrive a few hours early to enjoy the sunshine! The pictures look exactly like the home did when we arrived.

Relaxing vacation

We have rented this property before. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many amenities that we enjoy. Gina and Blake are very pleasant and "right there" if you need their services.

Last minute and wonderful!

When our Mexico vaca was cancelled 3 days before we were to leave, we scrambled to find a place with a beach that wasn’t a 15 hour drive from MIssouri! We got the jackpot with Gina and this beautiful home in Grand Beach on Lake Michigan. House was wonderful and stocked with everything we needed. Heated pool was the best for cool nights and when windy conditions made lake swimming unsafe. Teenagers loved it! We will be back!

Family vacation

Sitting by the pool while kids swam was highlight of this trip. House was very clean with plenty of room. It was just a short walk to the beach to see a beautiful sunset. We had a great time.

A great place for a family get away!!

Our family of 5 adults and a 17 month old had a wonderful time in this home. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated and stocked home, the living space was perfect and the pool was our own bit of heaven. The area is full of great restaurants, beaches, kayaking, shopping,- anything you want. Our host Gina was a delight to work with and was available whenever we needed her. We highly recommend staying in Grand Beach! You won’t regret it!

Great house with pool

Enjoyed our stay, this was a return visit from last year..wonderful house for family's ..we all had good sleeping arrangements ..kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 tables 2 negatives ...was too much mulch near the pool..we kept getting it on our feet and in house and only 1 beach access ..and very rocky

Terrific Place

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! The house was perfect and the private pool was the cherry on top. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't longer! We look forward to returning again in the future.
