Bask in the sweet simplicity of coastal living at this Gulf Shores home, a family-friendly Alabama retreat with a multi-level deck, angled views of the beach, steps aways from the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and community access to swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, and much more!

This 1,355-square-foot home occupies one side of a duplex in the Plantation Cottages at Gulf Shores Plantation, a renowned beachfront community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula (the other side of the duplex, Plantation Place #H408B, can be rented as well; the entire duplex can be rented as Plantation Place #H408).

You and your loved ones will be an easy walk from multiple outdoor pools, a hot tub, a boardwalk to the white sand beach, the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and a quick drive from Gulf State Park and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

Loved it. We want to go back.

Great location to the beach, Plenty of room, guarded entry to plantation, made it safer and absolutely no thru traffic. very peaceful, no car noise, no party neighbors, no yelling and scream, only noise was from lawn care personal at the condo next door(electric leaf blower would help), having parking under the house is great, very convent and private. Hot tub was perfect.

Great house...site under construction

The house is great. Both sides are really spacious and have everything you need from coffee pots and Keurig to new fridges and lots of sleeping space. Beds are different than the pics as there isn’t a bunk bed but just a double in one room. The small bed on the 3rd floor isn’t very comfy and really just for a child. My complaint is the whole complex is under construction due to Hurricane Sally damages. I recognize the owner can’t change that but the description should have mentioned that the boardwalk to the beach isn’t there, that all amenities in bldg 4 aren’t there. So no steam room, no sauna, no indoor pool. Most tennis courts were closed off. The hot tub close to the house never got hot. I gave 4 stars because the house really is nice and when the site is repaired it will be an amazing place to visit but had the description been updated I would have stayed elsewhere.

Wonderful location to stay while playing tournament at Kiva Dunes golf course. Cottage had some exterior damage from Hurricane that we were unaware of when booking, but interior was fine. Only recommendations would be replace ceiling fan and mattress in bedroom with king bed and better exterior lighting.

The perfect family vacation!

It was private enough that our kids could be as loud as they wanted with no fear of disturbing anyone! The pools being a few steps aways the beach a few more steps was an amazing feature! We brought food and other snacks with us so we spent little to no money on this trip! It was perfect!! Maintenance onsite and the customer service line were also great when we needed them!!!

Pleasant surprise

I had low expectations of the beach but ft Morgan was a great beach. Really nice sand warm water and the salt was bare able. The plantation was nice but it was advertised as a house and it’s really a duplex. But it was nice and roomy so...
