Overall very pleased with the accommodations and host communication. We would have liked garage access to store some gear during our stay (5 days of ice fishing). Listing did not specify that the garage was unavailable for use. Otherwise everything was great.
The owner communicated well and the place was perfect for our family of 5 plus dog. It was quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and visiting deer daily!
The house was perfect for our recent trip. Lots of space in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped for our meals after a long day of fishing. Ian was quick to respond and very helpful.
Comfortable, family friendly home close to Gunnison. Very peaceful neighborhood, loved the cows and the views from the back door. Would highly recommend.
The house was perfect for the six of us. Plenty of bedrooms and living space. The yard was huge and well-cared for. Beautiful scenery and quiet neighborhood. Quick access to downtown Gunnison--the kids really enjoyed walking through Crested Butte.
Check in was extremely easy. Ian was on spot and quick to respond when I had questions. Perfect set up for a family get away. We took our kids and grandkids. We loved how close it was to Hartman Rocks and a stocked pond for the grandkids to fish in.
Convenient and comfortable location, clean, super host
Ian is a great host, very available… The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is convenient to town and outdoor adventures as well. Excellent choice for families with children. Would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to others.
The pictures don’t due this residence justice, both inside and out. Plenty of room for our group of 6 for lounging, eating, and sleeping. Stunning views outside. Great location just outside of town. Friends from outside of Colorado were stunned by the night ski.
This house is in a great location as it's 10 minutes from everything in Gunnison. Its a quiet neighborhood with good views but still easy to get groceries, play in the river, Hartman Rocks or any other outfitters. The property was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen and worked great for our family of 5. (A couple more could fit if needed)
We stayed at this property while we were hunting during 2nd season this year. It was the perfect place to stay - near our hunting area so we could get their timely in the morning and not too far to travel after dark.
