We stayed here for 3 nights mid-June. It was plenty big for the four adults in our group. We cooked a couple meals, one on the grill. We watched several Netflix movies. Slept well. Nice breeze through the house with the sliding door and living room window open. The inside of the house was very clean, and had everything we needed...towels, dishes, freshly-made beds, etc. My advice for staying here is to bring your own gallons of drinking water for coffee, cooking, etc. And stop at the Food Pantry grocery store on 123 and get a bag of ice. The water from the sink is brownish (high iron, I'm assuming) and while we used it for bathing and washing dishes and brushing our teeth, I think it might not taste great. I did a load of laundry and it did not stain my clothes or anything. This was a low-stress VRBO stay. The place is homey, and there was no giant list of chores to do when we checked out. We made sure the dishes were done and the counters were wiped down, took out the trash, and took off. Easy! I would stay here again.
