In the heart of the old village of Peynier, T2 - 36 m² with 15 m² private terrace, very well exposed, very quiet. Completely refurbished. Very charming.
Ideally placed to shine in the Provence of Paul Cezanne and to do tourism from the Alpilles to the seaside beaches.
The rental also allows you to take advantage of the many summer festivals while being quiet in a village.
Peynier being a village, it is possible to do your shopping on foot from the cottage. (butcher, vegetables, bakery). In addition, numerous possibilities of excursions on foot are possible as of the exit of the house.

Fabulous and charming

This is a great little space in a very quiet little Provençal village. Mylène had thought of everything and was very friendly and attentive to our requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing cottage in a cute village!

It was a pleasure staying with Mylene in the independent / self-catering cottage in Peynier. Mylene was super helpful in everything and the cottage had everything you could want in a "home away from home." We cooked almost every night with products from a local provencal farm and surrounding stores in Peynier. The small village is accessible to both the beaches and the luberon mountains as well has tennis courts and nice forest areas to go for a local trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our holidays!

A little piece of paradise

The cottage was charming, well stocked and very clean in a quiet, peaceful village. Mylene was an excellent host. She anticipated our every need, providing maps, city guides and umbrellas for our rainy day. She gifted us with welcome treats—traditional cookies, homemade jams and drinks. I want to keep this place as my secret, it was so enjoyable and relaxing stay—we felt at home.

Great Host

We stayed for a week and very much enjoyed ourselves. We cooked in evenings at least half the time. Near by (not in the village) was a really great fruit and vegetable market, amazing assortment including cheeses and even chanterelles! but the veg selection was amazing for a small town. Mylene was a terrific host, she gave us many suggestions where to go and what to see in the area. Some of which we would have otherwise missed. Thank you!

Accueil très bienveillant des propriétaires. Le logement est spacieux pour un couple et son emplacement parfait pour visiter la région. Équipements, propreté, calme, literie, décoration tout est impeccable. Le terrasse est superbe, un vrai plus.

Delightful Property in a lovely village

The apartment was cosy, had everything we needed, with a lovely courtyard to look out on. Everything was done to make us feel welcome and help us with any problems we had. Would definitely recommend.

Séjour magnifique! Vive Peynier !

J'ai adoré mon séjour avec ma copine. Mylène et Alain étaient très accueillants. Ils nous cueillaient des figues tous les jours. L'appartement et la terrasse sont très agréables. Mylène et Alain ont pensé à tous les détails pour rendre notre séjour idéal. Nous Peynier a tout le charme d'un village de Provence. Je reviendrai ici à l'avenir.

Sehr nettes und schönes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und auch geschmackvoll. Die Terrasse ist einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Idealer Aufenthalt, um viel zu entdecken. Lediglich der Ort an sich, müsste noch etwas mehr aus sich herausholen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben immer einen wunderbaren Tipp, der nicht unbedingt im Reiseführer steht.

Ankommen und nicht mehr weg wollen

Es gab keine Minute, die wir in dieser kleinen Oase nicht genossen haben. Das Studio befindet sich in einer Seitengasse des Ortes, vollkommen ruhig gelegen. Beim Zutritt offenbarte sich uns ein kleines grünes Paradies, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln, einem Springbrunnen das alles umgeben von Oleander und Orangenbäumchen. Zur Beschattung dienen zwei Sonnensegel, es ist sehr ruhig und nicht einsehbar. ... und als wenn das nicht schon genug des Glückes ist: das Studio hält auch hier mit: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein großer Schrank, ein bequemes Bett. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, alles modern, sauber und stilsicher. Mylene und ihr Mann waren herzliche Gastgeber, sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und trotzdem nie aufdringlich. Das war mir Abstand eine der schönsten Unterkünfte und die Gastgeber haben und das Gefühl gegeben als Gast zu kommen aber als Freund zu gehen. ♡ Merci beaucoup

Terrasse mit Springbrunnen

Freundliche aufmerksame Gastgeber. Neu und chic ausgebautes separates Hinterhaus mit eigener Terrasse mit altem Springbrunnen und vielen Blumen. Schöne Atmosphäre mit Blick auf verschiedenste Hinterhöfe/Terrassen. Mit dem Bus konnte man problemlos und günstig nach Aix en Provence fahren oder in die Umgebung des Mont Ste. Victoire erwandern.

The warm welcome and assistance from Mylene were invaluable. The unit was beautifully appointed, private, secure and cozy. The location in the heart of this quiet, historic village was perfect to experience the unique architecture and lifestyle of old Provence, yet the amenities were totally up to date. We could not have chosen a better rental to enjoy our first visit to the region.

Beautiful holiday hide-away with lovely hosts

The flat is an own building on the property of the hosts with an own patio surrounded by lots of greenery. It is accessible via an own gate and is, although on the same property, very secluded with lots of privacy. The flat is very well furnished, maintained and very clean. The hosts are a very lovely and caring couple. They gave us a lot if helpful tips for trips and were available for questions anytime. Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable :).

Tres bon sejour

Schöner Paar Aufenthalt in der Provence

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der netten, gemutlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die wunderschöne gestalte Terrasse hat uns jeden Morgen zum Frühstück rausgelockt. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns herzlich begrüßt und uns hervorragend über mögliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung beraten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. In dem schönen kleinen Örtchen bekam man alles Nötige in Fußnähe. Das einzige Manko war der leichte Schimmel in der Dusche. Zusammenfassend können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens Empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Mylene und ihren Mann dass wir dort bleiben durften. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Wir waren begeistert von der Idylle, die wir inmitten einer Altstadt vorfanden. Mylène ist ein begeisterte Gärtnerin und hat die Terrasse wunderschön gestaltet. Das Häuschen ist modern mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, gute Matratze und wir können den Vormietern nur zustimmen, dass man wertvolle Tipps von Mylène für seinen Aufenthalt bekommt, z.B. in Cassis oben am kostenlosen Parkplatz zu parken und mit dem Bus in den Ort zu fahren. Oder mit dem Bus für 1,30 Euro nach Aix-En-Provence zu fahren usw. Man sollte sich jedoch gut mit Mückenspray für die Abende ausstatten, die leider überall in der Provence eine leichte Plage sind. Wir haben aber gelernt, dass sie nicht jeden "mögen". Uns leider schon... Aber auch dafür hat Mylène für draußen eine Räucherschale.

Kleine Ruheoase

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes kleines, modernes Studio. Das Highlight ist die private Terasse. Mylene und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation war super und Sie wohnen direkt nebenan, aber man hat das Häuschen und die Terrasse für sich alleine. Peynier ist ein sehr charmantes kleines Dorf (mit guter Bäckerei) und eignet sich super für Tagesausflüge. Vielen Dank!
