Madeira Beach Hurricanes Update: We’re pleased to share that restoration efforts following the recent storms are progressing well. This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The pool is currently closed, and the common areas of the building are undergoing repairs.
The elevator is currently not operational and is undergoing repairs, which are expected to be completed by early April. The beach is open, and John's Pass Village just down the road is reopening more and more shops every day! The majority of shops, restaurants, and bars of John's Pass Village have completed renovations, are open, and offering significant discounts and specials as the area recovers.
