Any questions regarding reservations will be sent by VRBO Inquiry prior to booking or it is assumed you have accepted the House Rules listed below. Proceeding with your booking is your agreement that you have read and agree to all House Rules.:
Schedules: If your dates leave open nights that we cannot rent (referred to as a "dead night"), or less than the required minimum of the date range for the season, we will review and offer to address the issue before confirmation (not to finalized stays). with an offer to change your dates or property, if available. If declined, you agree to a GUEST REQUESTED full refund cancellation due to the missed House Rule.
Sync Errors: At times calendars may not sync correctly due to a VRBO error. You agree that the written minimum nights apply and should a rates issue occur due to invalid calendar issues, we will offer to change your dates, adjust your rates, or move you to an alternate property, if available. If declined, you agree to a GUEST REQUESTED full refund cancellation due to the missed House Rule.
Saturdays: Saturday arrivals/departures may be subject to scheduling review in Sunriver. We will review & contact to offer a change of dates or or property, if available. If declined, you agree to a GUEST REQUESTED full refund cancellation due to the missed House Rule.
Occupancy: The allowed number of guests or Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people designated for that particular property and anyone in the property at any time during your stay and includes any children 24 months and older (not just sleeping there, includes temporary guests). Blue Pacific by Portoro does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific by Portoro properties, where more than 1 property is being rented; regardless if the property is managed by Blue Pacific by Portoro, if the group total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific by Portoro property rented.
