Quiet country home

We had an amazing time. Had a small gathering for my son and everyone enjoyed their time here. Very roomy inside. The patio is spacious and the kids enjoyed running around outside. Such a great weekend getaway.

Husband's Birthday

The property is perfect for a small family reunion or a big party. The town is not far in case you need something but at the same time the property is completely private, quiet and far away from the city. Everything was clean and you could feel like in your own home. We celebrated my husband's birthday only with the direct family. We will definitely rent it again every year for our family reunion. We drove from Houston, and it was a pleasure to have spent a weekend in there.

Graduation Party

The lodge has many spacious rooms. Great place for my daughter's graduation party. Family enjoyed the breeze after the sun went down. The only down fall is the kitchen needs some cooling. Was super hot when we cooked. But overall very satisfied.

Large living area for our Christmas patty

Problem with water leak at ice machine and one of the bathrooms. Probably due to the cold freezing weather we were having. The maintenance man was aware of the problem and we had a great time.

Another successful celebration!

We celebrated our daughters 13th birthday with family and friends and were very happy with the venue. We are moving to the area but needed a local venue to host a party that could accommodate a large family as well as friend, and The Edge of Desert Lodge fit the bill perfectly. Many of our friends complimented the beauty and convenience of this location. Thank you for sharing it with us, my daughter said it was the perfect day!
