Want to stay in a beautiful renovated Briard house in the countryside in a family of good live?
Shared entrance with the owner, large parking to park his car with closed course.

Quiet, close to Disney, two rooms are ready to welcome you.
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Bed sheets and towels included.
The rooms are upstairs. It is possible to book up to 4/5 people.

Bathroom and WC located on the ground floor.

Fully equipped kitchen (KRUPS Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and oven)

You will have the internet connection of the house.

A bakery and a tobacco bar are 1 km away.

The car is essential for your travels, shopping and going to the Saint-Germain-sur-Morin bus station to then take bus 19 (stops every 15 minutes) to get to Disney.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed 4 nights. Sylvie and Rudi are lovely owners, really helpful and very friendly. We had everything we needed. The downstairs of the rental is small, but we were out all day so did not matter. Very close to Disney by car. Nice area Crecy La Chappele

Disneyland visit

Beautiful accommodation

Stayed here for 3 nights in august as very close to Disney, the house is beautiful and Rudi and Sylvie the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond when we had an unfortunate incident with our car. Would definitely stay here again.

Short stay for Disneyland Paris trip

Lovely find and a little gem of a place. Sylvie & Rudi were very friendly and extremely welcoming and helpful. Stayed 3 nights for 2 days in Eurodisney. We were planning on paying for parking but you don’t need to as much cheaper and easier way by driving less then 5 minutes to local bus stop and free parking and easy bus route which has you at the park entrance within 15 minutes. Also local to the house is a supermarket. Highly recommend for hosts, place to stay and ease of access to the park.

This is a very good property and the kids loved it. It's so easy to get to disneyland and to catch the train to Paris and the hosts are very friendly and helpful with any information you may need.

Perfect communication. Supermarket just a drive down the road. Straightforward drive to Disneyland. Boys loved bedroom. Decorated beautifully with comfy beds. Free Wi-fi.

This is the most perfect base for a trip to Disney/Paris. Rudi & Sylvie we’re so welcoming and helpful - they went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant stay. We’ll definitely be coming back in the summer!!

Very clean and tidy

We stayed for 3 nights in this property, very well presented clean and newly redecorate, it is close to big shopping store, McDonald's and perfect for someone visiting Disneyland. One recommendation I may suggest to put a mirror in the main bed room. Was very pleased with the lender they even thought about my little daughter by putting fresh milk in the fridge before we arrived. I definitely recommend this home away place and will book it again without hestitation.

Besuch von Paris

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir sind jeden Tag nach Paris gefahren, die Anbindung mit dem Zug lief super. Unser Haus war gemütlich, wir haben gut geschlafen und konnten gut im nahegelegenen SuperU einkaufen. Die Vermieter Sylvie und Rudi waren sehr nett.

Perfekt trifft es genau

Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist perfekt z. B. für einen Aufenthalt im Disneyland das nur 15 min entfernt ist. In der Nähe ist ein Bäcker, Supermarkt Tankstelle und MC Donalds.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Sylvie und Rudi sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen und sind uns gerne in allen Fragen und Anliegen entgegen gekommen.Die Wohnung selber liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit schneller Anbindung zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum und der Autobahn in Richtung Disneyland

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft! Nicht nur das Wetter hat mitgespielt sondern auch die super Unterkunft bei Sylvie und Rudi haben zu 100% überzeugt. Wir haben die Faschingswoche im Disneyland arhr genossen. Die Anbindung könnte besser nicht sein. Nur 10 km und fast nur geradeaus. Einen großen Supermarkt gibt es auch in 1,5 km Entfernung. Die Gespräche mit Rufi waren auch sehr offen und herzlich. Ich kann dese Unterkunt nur empfrhlen!!!

Ideal für Disneyland und Paris

Die Unterkunft ist eine preisgünstige Alternative für den Besuch von Disneyland und Paris. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich gut für die Ausflüge des Tages eindecken. Ein Wohnzimmer etc ist nicht vorhanden, aber man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Disneyland ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, dafür 10 Minuten Autofahrt und anschließend 20 Minuten mit dem Bus direkt vor den Eingang, wo man nicht mit den Massen vom Parkplatz und der Metro ankommt, sodass der Sicherheitscheck recht schnell geht und auch nach der Parade kommt man mit dem Bus gut weg. Nach Paris kann man am Einkaufszentrum Val d' Europe parken und mit der Metro A regelmäßig in 30 Minuten bis nach Paris fahren. Wir können die Wohung und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Bis auf eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden, wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen, gern dort nochmal übernachten.

Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN an Rudi und Sylvie! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab einige nützliches Tipps und Hinweise! Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, sauber und gemütlich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Bad und beide Schlafzimmer recht modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat den typischen, französischen Stil. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber Sylvie und Rudi sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Frankreich mieten.
