Fully furnished private home on the Knoll. Available for Vacationers, Professionals, or Short-Term Stay.

Nicely landscaped fenced back yard and patio, carport and 1 car garage available parking for at least 2 cars.

Centrally located for local events and venues in the Rogue Valley which includes cities of Medford, Central Point, Ashland, Jacksonville, Talent/Phoenix and Grants Pass. Venues and Events like: Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, Central Point Expo (Has Fairs & Music Concerts, Car Shows, Beer & Wine Fests, Home Shows, RV Shows, you name it it’s probably there).

For the outdoor enthusiasts......Rogue River for the best fishing, rafting and Kayaking. Mt. Ashland for Skiing & Snowboarding (when the snow comes), trail bike riding or running. A bundle of lakes available for the water activities, Lost Creek Lake, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake National Park.

Sport Events......Our local College SOU Raiders Football, The Medford Rogues for Baseball, Ducks in Eugene and Beavers in Corvallis, plus any local high school sports or Club Sports.

We are 7 hours to San Francisco, 5 Hours to Portland, about 5 hours to Reno, 3 Hours to Eugene and 2.5 Hours from the Picturesque Oregon Coast.

Worth every penny

Clean and cozy 2 bedroom duplex with side yard and small patio, fenced back yard, single car garage which my 2003 yukon fit in just fine. Hostess was amazing. Thanks!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

My 90-yr-old father and I stayed for 3 nights and both of us were very impressed with the home. Our only complaint is that we couldn't take more advantage of the home in the day. But the location allowed us to conveniently access my relatives over Thanksgiving holiday who lived in Gold Hill about 12 miles north. Will definitely consider staying here again if available and we have 2 or more in our party.

This is a very fun property. You can tell the host put lots of energy into decorating to make this a positive place to stay. Kitchen amenities were clean for cooking. Location was safe and quiet. I would stay again if I returned to Medford.

Just as advertised

My husband and I and our adult daughter needed a place to stay for two nights while in Medford for a family funeral. So glad we chose this instead of a motel. It was so nice and inviting and fun (lots of elephants! ) This also gave us space to invite my sister-in-law and her daughter over and have a place to visit for a few hours. The extra touches of goodies offered was very appreciated! Definitely would love to come back.

Carefree and EXTRA Comfy

This was our 2nd stay in the ZZany Zoo and I can sincerely say that each time we visit our daughter here in Medford, this is the only place we will reserve for our stay. It is spacious, clean, SAFE neighborhood, complete with all amenities ... towels, dishes, washer-dryer, TV in comfy living room AND a TV in the master bedroom (wohoo), AND the Zoo's location is close to ALL major stores and restaurants. Look no further where you should stay if you are visiting Medford - the ZZany Zoo is just for you.

We enjoyed our day at Zany Zoo. The host provided pastries, fruit, candy and even a bottle of wine. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was in a great location for us to explore the area around Medford. We highly recommend staying here.

We went for a last minute getaway and Kathie's house was the perfect place for two couples. It was close to everything in Medford and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, well appointed spot with generous extras

The team that cares for this lovely duplex in a sweet Medford neighborhood was sooo generous with the “extras” they included with their darling VRBO. We were in town for my grand son’s birthday and upon arrival we were greeted with a fruit and cheese platter, bottle of wine, stocked pantry including coffee and lemon bread for breakfast! The home is decorated with sooo many personal touches and very kid friendly.

Awesome place!

We loved this house and all the little touches that make it so special. There was a cheese/cracker tray with wine, chocolates, mini blueberry muffins for breakfast, plus so much more! Comfortable beds, excellent showers, fenced and private yard, garage, quiet neighborhood, close to town. This host was very accomodating when we asked if we could check in one day early. We really appreciated that! We shall return!

Fun, Comfortable and Well-Stocked

This house is a kick with the elephant and llama themes - it just makes you smile! Kathie does a great job of keeping it comfortable and providing everything you might need...and more! We love it as a home base for theater, golf and hiking. And don't forget that it isn't just the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, but check out the Camelot and Cabaret theaters too. Both are fantastic and draw from the same talent pool. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

Convenient and comfortable

This property was conveniently located and VERY well stocked with anything you need. The host generously left a bottle of wine and some snacks which was a really nice touch. We stayed for a week and would definitely rebook if available. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying in or around Medford.
