Bella camera da letto a bordo piscina, cabina ventilata e molti posti dove prendere il sole. Spazio di vita separato per rilassarsi e mangiare. La colazione può essere ospitata su richiesta. Great Stay

We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody.

Great cozy space

Loved the space, cute and cozy. Owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating.Close to shopping and beaches. Only draw back is small fridge and no stove.

Perfect for our needs

Cody was very personable and there if we needed anything. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Neptune Beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Relaxing

Cody was a great host. We are in Jacksonville as Mayo patients quite often and decided to make this shorter stay in a place off the beach. Great decision as we relaxed by the pool like no other trip. The place is older but VERY clean. The pool area was so much fun. We will be back!

Perfect for us

Cody is an outstanding host. Easy to get along with. Makes sure you have everything you need. Her dog Chica and our dog were instant friends. We were there to go to the Mayo Clinic and Cody even let our dog stay with her and Chica. Perfect for us.

Peaceful retreat

Cody was a wonderful host! I had a great experience. She didn't mind that my 11 year old granddaughter stopped by multiple times. I appreciated all that Cody did to make my stay enjoyable!

First TPC Sawgrass trip - hopefully not our last

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Great communication with Cody before our arrival, she kindly met us at well after 8 PM to greet us & provide a walk through. This was the perfect space for our long weekend with everything we needed. My only regret is not having more down time to lounge out back, as we had tournament tickets Saturday & Sunday. Easy access to the beach for our one free day. Morning walk, followed by lunch right down the street at Neptune Beach & a little shopping. Cody gave us great local dinner recommendations near the house, which came in handy after our return from TPC each day. We’re already discussing a return trip, as we felt the best of “right at home” while being “away from home”.

Cozy comfort indoors and outdoors

Spill over into gracious outdoor living - an unexpected delight! Safe and private. Cheerful Florida decor and colors. A shower large enough for two with space to spare. Ample towel bars, large walk-in closet with mirrors and bureau. Convenient to beaches, delicious niche restaurants, nite-life. Easy travel highway access. Friendly charming host.

“Peace of Paradise”

Cody’s place is just perfect, a well appointed & cutely decorated apartment overlooking private pool surrounded by tropical plantings and privacy fence. There’s a very comfortably furnished outdoor cabana when you want to take a break from the pool. Cody is a wonderful host, we enjoyed spending time with her and wow, can she grill up some delicious wings & pineapple! The location is perfect, minutes from Jacksonville Beach and convenient to everything. We’ll definitely stay with Cody again!

Beautiful backyard oasis

The accommodations were perfect for our needs, during our visit to Jacksonville. Cody the host was fantastic, very friendly & always asked if we were in need of anything. Very clean! Loved the benefit of sound system thru out house and backyard. We are music lovers, and the perfect atmosphere.

Cody’s “Peace” of Paradise

Cody is an exceptional hostess. Her property was pristine and well-manicured. The living space was quaint and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and crystal clear pool. My absolute favorite space was the backyard pool cabana. We, also, appreciated the local seafood restaurants and closeness to the beach. We absolutely loved Cody’s “Peace” and “Piece” of Paradise.

The property was very nice. We loved the bedroom looking out at the pool and cabana. Cody was an amazing host. So very helpful and friendly. We even met her one night at a restaurant where her friend was singing. Had a great evening

I must say that this was one of my most absolute favorite place to stay. It was everything that me and my husband was looking for, we wanted somewhere quiet so that we could enjoy my birthday 🎂 with no hassle and plenty of privacy and that's exactly what Cody gave us. She is the sweetest person that you would ever want to meet. We will definitely be back to visit her gorgeous home. Thanks Cody for making my birthday wknd so special.

Comfortable, clean, in a good location near beach

We have traveled a fair amount over these past years and have become pretty particular about our choices. Cody's place had everything we were looking for. Waking up and walking directly out to the beautiful backyard with our coffee was a definite plus. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Cody's place is very clean with all the amenities that we needed. Her kitchenette was adequate for us because we go out for most meals. Cody is very accommodating and accessible while still giving you your private space. We would stay again.

What a lovely place to escape to!

The property is charming and was very convenient for our mission in this visit. The back yard cabana and pool made for a spot perfect for relaxing. Our hosts....Cody and Chica...could not have been more helpful and caring. Be sure to try The Fish Company on Atlantic Blvd for lunch or dinner!

Perfect Get Away!

Loved our stay! Cody’s place was exactly what we needed! Comfortable king size bed and adorable outdoor space with gazebo, pool, fireplace, music! Cody is a great host and provided everything that we needed! We will definitely be back some day!

I am easy going and love meeting new people. I am a vibrant 68yr old with two grown children. I love music, as you will be able to see by my décor. My favorite music are Blues and Rock n' Roll. I was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach as was my dad and my children. As a matter of fact, we ALL went to the same high school. I love Jacksonville Beach and I want my guests to love it as well so I am dedicated to making everyone comfortable and happy. After all, it is Paradise!

I was born and raised in Jax Beach. When looking for a place to live, I knew this was the area for me. I waited until my piece of paradise became available, that's how bad I wanted to live right here! I was very fortunate to buy in this location and the bonus was the pool. I gutted and fixed it to my liking which I'm sure you will love! So, come share my home with me in your own private suite with its own entrance and exit poolside.

Of course the pool makes this property a great find. Walking is a very good option, for everything is very close. Lots of friendly people and places to go. You never have to get dressed up, not even to go to church, if you don't want to.
