The wide windows of the living and dining area, the kitchenette overlook the driveway. 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of 1.60 m 2,00m by choice - private bathroom including toilet. Short break

A very good place to stay for a short break. The location is excellent, very close to a Metro station. There is a supermarket around the cirner and the local bars and cafes are good. The studio was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Lovely apartment in good location

The apartment was lovely. Small, but everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The location was excellent - close to the metro and once inside you would never guess that you were in the middle of a city. Definitely recommend.

Nice clean studio in a great location

This studio apartment has a very nice bathroom and a small kitchen area with everything you need to cook a meal. However, we didn't cook while there because the neighbourhood was full of fantastic restaurants and cafes! So apart from using the fridge and the kettle for breakfast and snacks, we were out enjoying Paris the rest of the time. The entrance is on a main road with several Metro lines a few minutes' walk away, but in the back of a leafy green cobblestone courtyard, so it's very private and there is no road noise. Caroline met us on arrival and responded to all our needs quickly. The VRBO app didn't always alert us about messages, but we were fine once we had each other's phone numbers. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Lovely place in a quiet courtyard

Lovely little place in a quiet courtyard of a vibrant neighbourhood. Well connected with several metro stations nearby. The place is well equipped and was clean and tidy. The communication with the owner was clear and timely. We’ve enjoyed our stay there.

3rd stay in this apartment says it all !

we love this little flat - it has everything we need in a brilliant quiet location very close to three different metro lines. it has a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The kitchenette is very small but just big enough to cook in ( Paris has become horrendously expensive !) Only thing missing is an oven.

40TH Birthday break in Paris

Fantastic studio apartment, very conveniently situated. I booked it for a 3 night stay to celebrate my husbands birthday. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Very close to some supermarkets lovely cafe and bars. We hardly used the metro, because so many parts of the city were in easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Paris

Catherine is lovely host, so warm and welcoming. The flat is great, clean, suitable for two, either couple or friends. Nice and spacious bathroom. Flat feels very safe and homely. We felt very comfortable. As the flat is in an alleyway away from the main road it is nice and quiet. Location is wonderful. Metro station is very close and opens up the whole of Paris to you. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. I can recommend Catherine and her lovely flat wholeheartedly.

Had most things we needed in a highly convenient location

Although its small there is a sense of spaciousness. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. We would have liked better cooking facilities as Paris is SO expensive but the large cooker ring wasn't working. The arpartment is a short walk from 3 different Metro lines. There is a supermarket 100m away. It is beautifully quiet and we slept well. We really liked this apartment and will definitely use it again.

Secluded and central

A convenient, quirky little apartment at the end of a private green lane off Blvd Richard-Lenoir, grocery shops, bakeries, cafés nearby and 3 métro stations very close. Within walking distance of the Marais, the river, Île de cité and Notre Dame, and St André des Arts - and the 96 bus if you're not a walker. Sleeping, sitting, looking out of the window, shower and bath 5*, cooking limited (2*) but we did all our own catering satisfactorily with a microwave and two rings and not much space to put the pots down in, 5* if you want to spend a lot of money on eating out but then why choose an apartment? Idiosyncratic toilet on a shared lading (2*), wi-fi didn't connect to our tablet, though everywhere else in Paris did, but who needs to be connected on a five day stay? Highly recommended (and the owners' daughter was really helpful, but she couldn't get us connected either!!!) Interesting books, no TV or radio. We would certainly come again.

Perfect home base

Cozy, quiet, private apartment

Perfect location for our week in Paris! Within blocks of three Metro stops, making it easy to travel throughout the city. Restaurants and groceries nearby. I stayed in this comfortable little flat in the middle of February, and the online description was still true: it was a lovely, little oasis in a green courtyard. I bet it's even more incredible further into the non-winter seasons. It would be hard to improve on the location: within easy walk of three metro stations and of 'Le Marais'. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, and there are beautiful restaurants nearby. Catherine and Serge were lovely and helpful.

とても便利な場所

地下鉄メトロの３つの駅まで近く、移動には大変便利です。周りの環境は、夜はやや人通りが少ないものの落ち着いていて安全な感じです。徒歩圏にMonop’やFranprix、Carrfourなどのスーパーが１０時ごろの遅くまで開いており、最低限の食べ物にはまったく困りません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあります。アパートは大きな通りに面しており、入り口の大きな扉を暗証番号で開けて、中の個別の住居は物理鍵であけます。この辺の流れは事前にオーナーさんとサイトのメール機能でやり取りすることになります。オーナーさんはきちんとリスポンスしてくれて、安心でした。お部屋そのものは、二人なら十分な広さですが、キッチンはやはりちょっとシンクが小さいのでやや洗い物は手狭な感じですが、特に実際の問題はありません。ただ、法令で火災報知器（煙感知器）の設置が義務付けられており、しかもそれが電熱調理器の真上にあったので、肉を焼いたりしたら何度か鳴らしてしまいました。仕方ないのですが、ちょっと時間帯によっては周りに気を使います。（窓を開けたり扇風機で飛ばしたりで何とか対応しましたが）。オーナーのお住まいと同じなので、なにかあれば対応は早いと思います。環境はとてもよくて、アパート入り口から住戸までの道はきっと季節になるときれいな花が咲くのかなと思います。火災報知器の問題はありましたが、とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

Lovely location for Paris get-away

Perfect hideaway

This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away..
