About this property

Welcome to your own Moroccan-inspired pool villa. This 3000 Sq.Ft. home features private pool and spa as well as lovely gardens. Enjoy the Jacuzzi, pool and sunny pool deck. Chase lounges as well as outside seating is provided on the pool deck.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have en suite baths and each is located in a separate area of the house providing great privacy. All baths were remodeled in Carrera Marble and Morroccan tile. In addition to the 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths there is a den with a 4th bed and private bath which can be used for a child under 12 years of age. The family room as well as most bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. As you can see from the photos this property offers everything needed for a friends or family retreat.

Perfect

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Great property, perfect location, very responsive and friendly owner and property manager, great house with unique design and layout suitable for everyone finding their own private spaces. I've rented for years and this property was the best ever for being both equipped with everything and good quality.

Awesome house and location

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Fabulous 60th Birthday

Thank you for a wonderful time at your incredible home. Bob was fabulous for our check-in and provided so much historical information about the home. We stayed at the house most of the time and enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool and took advantage of the spacious kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house

We had the best time at Albert and Thom's. The house was spacious, the pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood was pretty and walkable. We wish we had stayed a week rather than three days.

Gorgeous, well appointed, and comfortable property.

Although I said the property description is correct, it really isn't because the place is much better than it looks and it looks fabulous. The house and grounds are top notch. The manager communication was great and he was very accommodating. Last, but not least, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this place, though I hope it doesn't get so popular we can't get it again when we next visit PS.

Amazing house

This is such a great house— we thought it was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It has a lot of character, and it’s nice that all the bedrooms are pretty far from one another, so we could spread out. We were able to get the pool heated for a pretty modest per-day rate, since the previous guests had also opted to heat the pool, and so we enjoyed swimming in the ~88 degree water on 60 degree days. Very well located.

Beautiful place!

Very quiet location yet still close to places to go to. I love how secluded the bedrooms are. We stayed with another couple and we each had one side of the house. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook with. It was a very relaxing place to stay at. The beds could use updated mattresses but were fine. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay at. Very comfortable with lots of extras! I would stay here again:)

Great house and wonderful vacation!

This house was perfect for us and one other couple. We each had our master suite (house has 4 masters). Very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub alot. It was heated and very clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood that is very strict on noise so had to be very quiet all the time outside - which was fine for us, but would not be a good house to have kids or lots of loud adults. House was located close to everything we wanted to do. It was stocked very well which was nice. Property manager was very responsive and great to deal with. My only complaint would be the outside table & chairs were uncomfortable. Sat out there a lot and ate but couldn't sit for very long. We would stay there again. We loved it!!

Beautiful property!

Gorgeous home with a lot of space and plenty of amenities! The property manager, Bob, was very easy to communicate with and also accommodated a late checkout / earlier checkin. We met with Bob at the property to retrieve the keys and get a rundown of the home rules. Our group made great use of the pool + hot tub, which were equipped with plenty of extra towels and floaties. The only downside to the neighborhood was the very strict noise ordinance (no speaking allowed outside after 10pm, no music allowed outside at any hour). Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. Thanks!

30th Anniversary Vacation

We’ve just returned from a 3 wk stay at Thom’s beautiful home & if P Springs is on your radar, please take a look at this property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and still crazy comfortable. The four en-suite bedrooms are spaced throughout the house for privacy ( in separate cooling zones). The long curved sofa is perfect for watching tv or seeing the pool through glass doors. The kitchen is so well-equipped you’ll miss nothing from home. We enjoyed eating at all the great places so close the the house but the best meals were the ones we made at “home”. Need to mention On The Mark gourmet market where we over shopped a few times. And finally, pool maintenance & landscapers came & left so quickly we never felt intruded upon. Thanks Thom & Bob for a great 3 weeks - Sharon & Chris

Amazing House, pool and garden area, Propery mgr was great! I will be back!

This house is amazing, great decorating style, feels like a home rather than a rental. The home flows naturally the minute you arrive, as you close the gates and walk into this Moroccan themed house. The living room/TV room is super comfortable for all guest for movie night or game night, sliding glass doors to the pool and garden area. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Master bed room is large with huge bathroom, double sinks, large waterfall shower. The other bedrooms all have own bathroom and are pvt and away from the other rooms, so very nice set up for multiple couples or families. the pool and spa is where we spend a lot of our time. I have rented other homes in PS and this one is at the top of the list and priced better than many of the others. The location is perfect, close to super markets, restaurants and downtown area. Super quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding, but loved spending time at the house. We will definitely be back and rent this property again. if you planing a couples weekend, friends or family, you wont find a better house at the price.

Marvelous Stay!

Christmas get-away with the family and this spacious, lovely, Moroccan home fit our needs beautifully? Pride of ownership was apparent as we drove thru the gate and property manager, Bob, was there to pleasantly greet and offer information. We had a hiccup or two during our stay - nothing major - but Bob was immediately attentive, which we appreciated. He truly cares! We have a Chef in the family and he was delighted with the cookware and spices he found to whip up a few gourmet meals. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with large windows and convenient sliding doors leading outside - the backyard is just lovely! It’s wonderfully private with well-manicured grounds and the sparklingly clean pool and hot tub inviting. Minutes away from downtown shops and yummy restaurants to explore, the location is fantastic. We were beyond thrilled to have 80° weather and played tennis nearby. We truly experienced a marvelous vacation! PS~ the appealing history of the home is found in newspaper blurbs, framed in the hallway - and movie posters. My dad cackled at the movies made by this long-ago star. What a kick!

A House Filled With Character & Comfort

We had a fabulous week's stay at the "Morroccan Inspired Pool Villa" and highly recommend it! Some of my favorite things about the house were: 1.) The owner has gone to extensive efforts to decorate the house and the result is charming. Rarely have I been in a house where every item has been carefully added to maximize beauty and aesthetics. It was an uplifting experience and much appreciated. 2.) The house is comfortable! All the beds and furniture are of high quality. 3.) The house is well stocked. Each shower has shampoo and body wash and the bathrooms even have toilet paper! (a nice touch for sure). The kitchen has quality cookware, knives, and silverware. The kitchen also has spices, napkins, etc. - so you don't have to go out and buy something that you just need a little of. Appliances are of high quality too and there is a very nice Bar-B-Que. There are also an ample amount of towels (both for the pool and the bath). All very convenient. 4.) The master bath is fit for a sultan. :-) 5.) The pool and spa are wonderful. The pool was set to 88 degrees which was most pleasant. 6.) The house is enclosed with a wall all the way around. We brought a little dog with us and he was completely safe either in the front or back yard. We also felt very private. 7.) The house is in "Deepwell Estates", a neighborhood that is very quiet and conveniently located. We were in town in just a matter of minutes and the grocery store is just down the street. We enjoyed taking morning walks through the neighborhood. 8.) Bob Thomas, a local realtor, checked us in and thoroughly showed us all the ins and outs of the house and was available for any questions or help if needed. If I decide to buy a house in Palm Springs I will know who to call! 9.) Last but not least, Mr. Thompson, the owner, was always gracious and accommodating. In short, this was a wonderful house and we were grateful to have had the opportunity to call it our home for a week. It was the perfect complement to our vacation in Palm Springs.
