Questo East Sacramento Cottage è uno spazio allegro e confortevole per bambini e adulti, con molto spazio per intrattenere, nuotare e rilassarsi. Facilmente camminare e andare in bicicletta a tutto ciò che serve e conveniente per Sacramento State University, Mercy Hospital e solo 3 miglia dal centro di Sacramento. Due case sulla proprietà con quasi 7.000 piedi quadrati di spazio esterno e una grande area piscina. Lo spazio Benvenuto al East Sac Bungalow! Questa casa è un bungalow artigiano in uno dei sobborghi originari di East Sacramento, a pochi passi da Midtown. Costruito nel 1937 e completamente ristrutturato, la casa ha un'atmosfera calda combinata con splendidi dettagli originali, tra cui pavimenti originali in legno, piastrelle a mosaico nei bagni e pavimenti in legno di quercia. Tutti i nostri letti sono materassi in cotone organico e biancheria di alta qualità. Abbiamo anche un camino a gas, patio privato e piscina, studio d'arte e un paesaggio personalizzato circondato da alberi di agrumi. Questa casa è un sogno per i viaggiatori attenti alla salute: materassi biologici in tutta la casa, sistema di acqua ad osmosi inversa, sistema di declorazione in bagno e doccia, prodotti per la pulizia naturale e detergenti, pentole da cucina biologica e naturale, Vitamix. Charming home and neighbourhood

Comfortable home with convenient roomy casita separate from the house worked really well for us. Would be a nice setting in the warmer months but in this cold spell, the house is very freezing. The automation with the Nest device meant the fan would run 24/7 even after reaching temperature. Other maintenance issues were handled promptly.

Went to our sons residency graduation from UC Davis. Wonderful place to celebrate. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Host did excellent job. Loved all of it. Kiddos to Michael and Gabriella

Great home away from home

The home is very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. The guest house was a huge plus for our group. Love the pool area and wished it was warmer so we could have taken a swim.

Nice, could have been great…

The house was charming. Very clean and relaxing. The pool was great and during the hot weather it helped. The main home needs new beds. They were very uncomfortable. In the pool house the beds were great very comfortable. The shower head in the main house was awkwardly low. The communication with the property owner was lacking. He was slow to respond through the app. Great neighborhood close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. If the owner makes the upgrades and provides towels in the bathrooms we would stay again.

Amazing Home in East Sac

This property is eco friendly, roomy and clean, not to mention warm and cozy. Great cottage behind the main house. For summer time a beautiful pool. Will be our first pick for our next stay💕🇮🇹

lovely neighborhood

It was a charming little cottage that has been really nicely furnished. It's not too cluttered and we appreciated the minimal decor. There's a great record player that was a lot of fun to enjoy as well. The owner is very easy to work with and helped us out. The pool is nice, but not heated. The neighborhood is great, especially if you have kids since there's a park within walking distance and another big one very close by. The queen bed does need to be replaced as it's starting to sag in the middle, and the beds are pretty squeaky, but it's still a nice home especially given it's age.

Worst VBRO experience ever!

This owner did not answer his phone once when we and another party of 4 were booked for the same exact weekend!!! We have not been reimbursed for our stay as of yet for a double booking. We ended up sharing the property with the other guests and the owner has never called us to reconcile-unbelievable. The owner has no ethics. 1. Doesn't answer the phone when there is a problem and 2. Never took responsibility for double booking the property for the same nights. We ended up having to get another property for two of our other guests and share the house with strangers. We spent even more money than our original booking not to mention recovering the lost funds.

Delightful Stay

The reason we were in Sacramento was not a happy one. The property was a welcome comfort. It was cozy, comfortable, and just delightful. I so appreciated everything. When we come back to Sacramento (for happier reasons) we will most assuredly request to come back to La Purissimo. Thanks so much!!

We loved this house and neighbourhood ! The swimming pool was a must

The location of the house in Sacramento is perfect . Quiet and cute neighbourhood with easy acces toneverything . The house is really welcoming , we were 6 people and had enough space .

Host: Michael

Mike and Gabriela split their time between Seattle, WA and Sacramento, CA. They own and operate yoga studios in the west and east sides of Seattle. When they have time away from the business they love traveling to Italy and other areas of the world.

When traveling they enjoy getting out and seeing the best of the town, enjoying the best cuisine and experiencing as much of the culture as possible. When you stay in their properties they are happy to share all the local finds and eateries.
