Beautiful Villa and Pool

The villa is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of the lovely Fontain Bianche beach. The infinity pool is the highlight of the property and is edged with banana trees…..just beware of mosquitos. It is clean and well equipped for a perfect and peaceful holiday. Paolo is very friendly and is at the end of the phone for anything you might need.

Amazing holiday at Villa Lucia!

We had the most amazing week holiday at Villa Lucia, we didnt want to come home. Everything was exactly as expected, in fact even better than expected! The pool and garden are incredible and so relaxing. We loved using the bbq and the facilities indoors are excellent, the air con was very good! Paulo and Giovanni were lovely hosts and gave us great tips and some lovely fruit :) Lovely area to visit and we will certainly come back again!

Great Villa - beautiful pool

We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. The villa was a great place to relax after a day site seeing. Paulo was incredibly helpful and very obliging if we needed anything. It’s a perfect place for two couples or a family of 4. Would highly recommend. Thank you

A wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4. With 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, our host Paolo was able to provide an additional bed so that our son and daughter slept very comfortably in a shared room. There was also a sofa bed which we didn't need. The outdoor area is lovely and the beautiful new pool is close at hand so that it was possible for the adults to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen whilst keeping an eye on swimming children. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the railway station, local shops, restaurants and the beach. There are many beautiful towns to visit nearby. Paolo was our host and was happy to help with any issues or local knowledge throughout our stay. We had the house to ourselves but he was near at hand if we needed him. Would recommend!

Perfect base for a relaxing holiday

Private, clean and beautiful house with lovely outdoor living space, 10 min to white sandy beach with our favourite beach cafe. Convenient for Noto, Syracuse. We also joint a half day tour up mount Etna but you’ll need a car. Giovanni was a perfect host.

Holiday in Sicily

Giovanni was an excellent host. He surpassed himself when he and his daughter cooked a surprise birthday meal for my husband. He was kind enough to let us stay another night due to the cancellation of the flight. He cooked again for us. Thank you Giovanni and Christina and Lucia

Property was clean and spacious with a garden Close to the beach and coffee bars. Easy driving distance to Syracuse and the lido's at Noto and San Lorenzo. Giovanni was a great host cooking a superb pasta with clams one evening. Overall a wonderful week

Truly wonderful villa

We spent a lovely week at Villa Lucia in August 2019. A peaceful little haven away from the hustle and bustle of Fontane Bianchi. Beautifully kept gardens and lawns with great outdoor spaces for relaxing and enjoying food from the barbecue. A very homely Sicilian interior with all we needed during our stay. And all just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful Fontane Bianchi beach. You also have the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner, Giovanni, who greeted us with cold drinks and a fridge full of homegrown tomatoes, ricotta, ham and wine, etc.... Later in the week he even cooked us the most delicious ragu bolognese and then brought the biggest tiramasu you could imagine. We may have put on a few pounds while staying at Villa Lucia but it was worth every one. Thank you Giovanni for making a fantastic holiday even more special. We shall always remember you with great fondness. ....oh, and thank you again for the dendriti.

Amazing accommodation, very kind and obliging host, lovely place to stay

It is a lovely property with everything you could need including a beautiful garden with outdoor seating, table and BBQ. It is a short walk from the sandy beach and railway station. The host was very friendly and always responded very promptly. He provided delicious local food when we arrived. We didn't have our own transport and he very kindly gave us a lift to the local supermarket and another gorgeous beach. He even cooked a delicious meal for us one night. Would definitely go back !

Super host, super location

We loved our stay in Villa Lucia. The hospitality, friendliness and generosity of Giovanni, il "Pavarotti della pasta", is exceptional. He offered to cook wonderful pasta dishes for us and welcome us with tomato salad, bread, ricotta, wine, fruits, olives....he is indeed a super host. We stayed 6 nights here. The place is truly tranquil, but only a 5 to 10 min walk from Fontana Bianche beach. The house is lovely, comfortable, well equipped, and has a beautiful garden. It is a lovely place... Fabulous villa perfect for a family of 4

We enjoyed an unforgettable two weeks in Villa Lucia, which is probably one of the nicest places we have ever rented. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, well presented, and Giovanni seemed to have thought of everything. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment and even a good supply of useful basics like oil, salt and herbs; there was washing up liquid, washing powder for the washing machine, and soap in the bathrooms. When we arrived, there were water and soft drinks in the fridge and Giovanni insisted on preparing us lunch (which was very welcome after a long journey). The outside space was enormous - a beautifully presented front garden with herbs, grapes, and figs which we were encouraged to help ourselves to, a front veranda with comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa area, and enormous table and barbecue area. The kids loved being given the special task of feeding the goldfish in the small pond every day, and also putting food down for a cat. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home, and the owner could not do enough for us - he gave us loads of advice about the best beaches and restaurants, gave us more presents of food and ice cream, gave the children a football to take to the beach, and told us amazing stories. He was always on hand if we needed him, but never intrusive. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area, only a short walk from the beach and an excellent bar for take-away food for lunch, although it was so hot that we ended up driving most of the time. The beach in Fontane bianche was very crowded in August, but we always found enough space for our umbrella. The sea was beautiful - very warm and safe for kids. We also enjoyed exploring up and down the coast, and it was very easy to do day trips to beautiful cities like Noto, Modica, Ragusa, and Ortigia. We would definitely recommend Villa Lucia.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, man hat ihn kaum bemerkt, konnte sich aber jeder Zeit bei Fragen an ihn wenden. Man kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Location, prima Lage, hohe Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Buchungsportal und ist ideal für eine kleine Familie. Die Lage ist sehr günstig und ermöglicht Entspannung am Pool oder Strand und Sightseeing in kürzester Entfernung (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa etc.). Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen und extrem gastfreundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa Lucia fahren.

Very nice stay

This is a perfect place for a family gateway. The house also has a great location for visiting Syracuse, Noto, Modica or Ragusa. If you prefer to have a relaxing time with BBQ, beach, or swimming pull it is perfect as well. Great stay. Highly recommended

Latein Autumn Culture Tour

This place was a wonderful starting point for tours to Syracuse, Catania, Noto, Etna and even a swim in the sea nearby in late October. Giovanni is a very kind and welcoming host and a very special person.

Best of the best!

It is just as in pictures - delightful! Great pool in lovely garden. Easy walk to super beach with fine sand and clear aqua colored water. Shallow and great for kids and adults, bakery and market walkable. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. AC and internet worked well.

Vacanza a Villa Lucia - Fontane Bianche

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, in questa villa ben strutturata e con uno spazio esterno, compreso di giardino e piscina, davvero eccellente. La villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla comunque vicina al mare. L'interno della struttura è molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino con piscina è davvero fantastico, curato con possibilità di grigliare e mangiare all'aperto. Proprietario diaponibile ed attento alle eventuali richiste

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Paolo. Le logement est bien situé dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison typiquement sicilienne est très mignonne, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu avec sa splendide piscine. On y trouve également des espaces ombragés non négligeables lors des fortes chaleurs. Et enfin, Paolo est une personne accueillante, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs. Son papa Giovanni vit à l'étage mais sait se faire discret et est aussi très sympathique. Vous le remarquerez à peine. Merci pour tout!😄
