~ PER FAVORE CHIAMARCI PER NOLEGGIO SNOWBIRD ~ Abbiamo recentemente ottenuto questa unità e non abbiamo prenotato per snowbird.

Questa proprietà si trova su un'isola di barriera di 2 miglia, conosciuta come "Isola di Okaloosa", circondata dall'acqua inter costiera e dal Golfo del Messico. L'isola è famosa per le sue spiagge bianche come la neve, le acque cristalline del Golfo. Votato numero uno per "miglior luogo di vacanza".
Delfini e tramonti. Due parole, TOTALMENTE BELLE! Forniamo servizio spiaggia gratuito in stagione con questo noleggio.

Piscina stagionale riscaldata, palestra e vasca idromassaggio tutto l'anno.

Destin si trova a 7 miglia e offre numerose attività estive, tra cui tour in elicottero, pesca d'altura, enormi parchi acquatici, negozi infiniti! A livello locale, abbiamo un pittoresco quartiere del centro, con ristoranti e night club, noleggio barche, Gulfarium, parasailing e molto altro!, Chiedi del nostro tempio e museo indiano o del nostro museo aereo.

L'edificio è alto 7 piani, per un totale di 137 unità, con 500 piedi di proprietà sulla spiaggia le spiagge non sono mai affollate come Destin nel picco della stagione. Piscina sul lato del Golfo che viene riscaldata nei mesi invernali insieme a una vasca idromassaggio. Sala attrezzi e area barbecue con gazebo per cucinare.

My only two recommendations are that both bathrooms need updated shower heads. The kitchen could use a whisk and baking sheet. We will definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future!

LOVE the location

Communication was great, from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We checked in late at night but all the details for check in had already been provided so it was nice to be able to just arrive and unpack. The location is perfect, we were a few steps away from the pool and only a short walk away from the beach

Wonderful vacation

2 adults and 3 teens-there were 2 cots and a fold out couch for xtra sleeping which was nice. There was bedding for the cots and the couch. Great location…very close to pool and beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again

Great location

Very family oriented resort. Stayed in 105 and it was very close to the pool area and beach access. Can’t see the beach from the patio due to the dunes but it was perfect for us.

Nice shower area to desand before a swim in the pool or hot tub. First floor direct access to pool is great benefit of 105. We had toddlers that allowed for quick access to our unit. Clean unit with extra pillows and bedding. Nice unit, not overly decorated so no worries something can be knocked over and broken. Normal, nice, clean, very functional place to stay. The staff is easy to text or call for anything. I suggest booking with Sugar Sands 👍👍

Comfortable, great location

Easy check in. Good communication about the construction. Only disappointment was that hot tub never opened. Location was perfect for us, about a mile walk to the fishing pier/boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay.

Private Location

Enjoyed this particular Condo as a private entrance, extremely close to the pool, patio, and beach entry over the dunes. Only drawback, which is in the listing, is that this condo is ground-level, so no beach or ocean view due to the dunes. Far enough away from the pool that it was quiet, and could peacelfully sit on the patio if we chose to. Small little kitchen mishap, but was able to communicate quickly and efficiently with the owners. Can definitely tell the bathtubs are dated, but overall very much enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Stay!!

What a fantastic few days at the Island Princess #105. The beach was AMAZING!! The chair service was so fun. The place was perfect with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Very spacious and I loved the location right by the pool/beach. We would definitely recommend the Island Princess #105 and would return tomorrow if we could :).

Week trip

The property was as nice as the photos and location was great!! We had a great stay. We left a small cooler for others to enjoy. Some condos we have stayed at in the past had beach towels, floats, even basics like zip locks people left instead of throwing away. This place did not so expect to purchase all of those items.
