Great cabin

My family had a wonderful time at the cabin. 10 min to the ski hill. Our dog was secure in the enclosed side yard. We will be back.

Snowboarding come together with brothers

Perfect location between 2 ski resorts/mountains. Hot tub added benefit for recovery after day on the slopes. Excellent communication with host. Looking forward to a return stay with my wife.

This was a perfect location and cabin to fully relax and get a day of skiing in. The host kept me well informed and gave details to facilitate the stay with no guess work. This will be a repeat for sure.

Such a cute place

This place is so adorable, it was very clean when we got there, everything worked great. Property is right on the main road but once inside you can’t even hear the cars, it’s not bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with it. The location is just so convenient to everything. The hot tub was great, and the fire place. We did wish that the out door fire pit was not so close to the road, we didn’t use that but the indoor fireplace was a dream and the owners were so kind and very communicative. If you are looking for a perfect location near the city and both Sugar and Beech mountain than this is a great place to book!

Thanksgiving week

We enjoyed everything about the cabin and location. We only had one issue being tall and almost hitting the deer head out to the porch. 🤣 Thanks we all had a great time and the snow ❄️ was beautiful. Definitely will come back! Thanks , The Palmer’s

Great weekend getaway!

Could not have been more pleased with this cabin! Very convenient to Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub on the private screened in porch! Host was most accomadating. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing time at this rental for a long weekend. The cabin is clean and has everything you’d need for convenience for a short stay. Back porch is such a little haven with the hot tub and the wildlife out in the woods. Felt secluded while still being very close to stores and restaurants. Also a very short drive over to Grandfather Mountain where we enjoyed a little hiking. The owner was incredibly nice and responsive and made sure to make our stay enjoyable. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Fantastic Spot

Great, super clean and quiet little cabin! Awesome location minutes from Grandfather Mountain and the center of Banner Elk. Looks just like the pictures and exactly as described. My wife & I loved it!! It was the perfect size for us and precisely what we needed.

Mountain vacay

The house was great. It rained several days so porch sitting was in order. We enjoyed everything about the house except the location. When I booked I didn’t realize it was so close to the road. The noise from the traffic was very loud. Sleep was disturbed also. Except for the noise everything was great.

Short get away

This home served our needs very well. Came up for a few days of hiking and we loved this cabin. Very good communication with owners. Check in was super easy. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and hot tub on the back porch. We would certainly stay here again next time we come up!

Relaxing and delightful

My family had a wonderful time in this cozy log cabin. The hot tub was wonderful, the kitchen well supplied, and the house like a warm hug. It is right on the road which we hadn't anticipated, but we quickly forgave it once we realized how delightful the back screened in porch is.

Great cabin

Very good setting and spacious cabin. Well taken care of and clean. Close to downtown banner elk and a lot of trails for hiking. All around great time and great place to stay

Weekend Getaway

Such a nice cozy place to stay. Very clean and extremely well maintained. Peaceful and relaxing trip. Hot tub was a very nice plus to this stay. Easy to get to restaurants too. Hosts were very kind and overall experience was great. Highly recommend this one!

May Weekend

Great property, very impressed with the size and layout. Nice size living areas with ample space. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. We are looking forward to our return visit. We would highly recommend this property.

Love this cabin

Cabin was clean we love the hot tub loved everything about the cabin. It was really nice to be backed up to the woods and see the nature had trouble working the TV but other than that everything was good.

A nice stay near grandfather mountain

This was a nice cabin to stay at when visiting grandfather mountain. The cabin was clean and well decorated. The hot tub and all the other amenities worked. It is located in a wooded area but right on a main road.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Very nice cabin. Hot tub was great. Yes there is traffic but inside or in hot tub you don’t notice it. We saw deer on the hill in back yard. Easy to get to everything. We will definitely be back.
