If you love the ambience of a quaint cottage with beautiful decor, this is the place to stay. The cottage was very clean and the hostess was helpful. The location was near public transportation. We enjoyed our stay there and would loved to stay there again.
It was a great place to stay the only thing I didn’t love was the lack of curtains in the downstairs bathroom facing the shower. However, it doesn’t face the street so someone would have to come on to property to see in so not a big concern. Loved it here and neighbor was adorable. Host was very nice and left an extremely helpful guide. Overall great experience!
Natalie is an excellent host! The property was clean and appropriately warm when we walked in. The house was decorated in period decor for Christmas - a lovely touch! The home is well appointed with all the necessary amenities and the beds are incredibly comfortable!
Cute cottage close to market and city Tram station. Natalie is friendly and helpful. The 300 year old cottage is cozy and reminiscent of the cottage in the movie the Holiday with all the modern comforts. Some additional lounging seating would be nice, but it met our needs for a short stay.
The house is lovely and renovated with an for detail. We liked the interiour, the ancient decoration and that it is close to the European Institutions and the city center (just about 15min to Place de la République. The sauna was also nice and the kitchen is well equipped.
We had a great stay!
This house is very nice, clean , comfortable and has a “at home” feel. Perfect for 4 adults or a small family. Natalie and family will make you feel welcome and at home
We (4 adults) had a perfect stay at this lovely house. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We were riding the EuroVelo 15 and it was very close to the route and convenient to shops and the centre of Strasbourg (about 10 minutes by Uber)
We would love to stay again when we are back in Strasbourg.
We loved this half timbered home with its quirky (but very comfortable and well equipped) interior. We all wished we could stay longer! The host is very friendly and helpful. 10/10
We loved this little cottage. It was very charming and exactly what we were looking for. Nathalie was very accommodating and easy to work with. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, but it was just a short walk to the bus and metro to get around the city.
We loved our stay in this Upscale cottage in Strasbourg! The host was so kind and very accommodating. The cottage has everything you need and more. Super cozy, it was perfect.
Our family of six LOVED our stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed and also featured beautiful art in seemingly every direction you looked! We would love to stay here again.
This was one of the most wonderful vacation rentals that we have ever rented. It is in a quaint neighborhood that is still close to town. The owner has gone to Great Lengths to properly preserve this home. It is truly impeccable. But it still has all the Cozy amenities of a modern home. And such a gracious host. Thank you so much.

Lovely house and helpful owner
We spent a weekend here in early December. The house is beautifully restored and very cosy. It is easy to reach by tram and bus from the Gare Centrale making it a good location for visitors who don't have a car. The owner is friendly and offered good advice which helped us to find local restaurants where we enjoyed great meals.
This is a charming little cottage that made our stay quite magical. I loved all the attention to detail on the house and the location was fantastic; close to the city and yet removed from the noise. An organic supermarket was just down the street!
I and my two adult daughters enjoyed our 4-night stay in this very cute house. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is a bit warm in very warm weather, especially upstairs, but both bedrooms upstairs had fans. The location is wonderful, with a large grocery store nearby, and trams to downtown are only a fairly short walk away. Robertsau is a nice village with several good bakeries!
A fantastic traditional Alsace cottage with a cosy atmosphere and beautiful historic charm. The grandchildren loved finding iut about the artifacts in the home!
The house is well situated in a lovely suburb with easy and cheap access to the city. Nathalie our host was tgere to greet us on arrival and showed us around the house and informed us where the bus/tram lines were.
A great place to stay for a few days in Strasbourg.
Strasbourg is a fantastic city and there is lots to do around Strasbourg (Europa-Park is great).
This property is in a great location just outside the city centre only a couple of minutes walk to a tram stop that takes you to the city in minutes.
The house was so much more than what one can expect from such history. The host was wonderful and worked with us upon our arrival until our departure. Natalie is a true treasure to her property and the culture she shares with you. The house history is more than one can expect, such great energy from such an old soul of a house. Thank you Natalie!
The property is as listed, very accurate. The decorations and structure are very authentic. It was like living in the Musée Alsacienne, but with modern amenities like a dishwasher. The location was outside of the big city, allowing us to see how the locals lived. The grocery store, boulangerie, and pharmacy are just a few minutes walk away. The tram was nearby, so we avoided the hassle of driving in Strasbourg.
This property is great for young people. If you are planing for people over 60 years old or some physical problems you may want to check with the owner. If you also are tall, this property will not be for you. The Spaces are small for a tall person. The kitchen is great as the other services work fine. The property has all the elements to have a pleasant stay for young people. The location is great. The owner is very nice.
This is a wonderful and comfortable house mixing old and new in a great location. Nathalie is a very nice and thoughtful host, and she gave a warm welcome. Importantly, we traveled with two toddlers and she outfitted the house in many ways to accommodate their stay - from a potty seat to a big box of legos and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Also, there is a guard that can be put on a bed to keep a toddler from rolling out. One minor negative for my family was the crib. The antique crib is fine for a baby but we were concerned about having our very mobile 18 month old sleep in it. It looked like she would be able to escape. But there was an easy solution - we moved the crib mattress to the floor and had her sleep there using the guard to keep her from rolling out. We would definitely come back to this rental property.
