Hola, crecí en Cooperstown y soy contratista general. Mi esposa es maestra de escuela y criamos a nuestros hijos en Cooperstown, "America's Perfect Village". Haga cualquier pregunta sobre el área y debería poder darle una buena idea.

Esta casa / propiedad es uno de los mayores beneficios para su inversión. Está bien mantenido, limpio, actualizado, espacioso por dentro y por fuera, y una casa / propiedad sólida para alquilar para la Semana de Dreams Park. Esta casa está a 3 minutos de Cooperstown BHOF, y a 8 minutos de Dreams Park. Relájese alrededor del pozo de gas al aire libre en nuestro nuevo patio, mesa de ping-pong al aire libre, Bag'O (hoyo de maíz) y más. El establecimiento privado de más de 40 años tiene espacio para explorar en la zona ligeramente arbolada. Hay un patio nivelado con un patio completo con muebles para comer al aire libre y relajarse. A 2 minutos del pueblo de Cooperstown, por lo que es muy tranquilo.

Sería difícil encontrar un lugar mejor para llamar hogar por este precio razonable. La casa y la ubicación son geniales. He alquilado esta casa por más de 10 años, y pongo mis comentarios a continuación. Si tiene un certificado exento, avíseme antes del 1 de octubre y le explicaré cómo puede funcionar la reserva.

Cornish Hill superó nuestras expectativas! Teníamos 3 familias y tenía el tamaño perfecto. ¡Absolutamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo! A los niños les encantó el estanque y el jardín. ¡Tuvimos una reunión de equipo y había espacio más que suficiente para que todos se extendieran y se relajaran!

La casa era muy espaciosa. Me encantó la ubicación y el patio. House estaba completamente abastecido con todo lo que necesitábamos, y Dan estaba disponible para responder preguntas y ayudar cuando el WiFi no era cooperativo.

Ya lo he recomendado a familia para el año que viene. Solo están esperando recibir su aviso de la semana. Estaba muy bien descrito y encontramos las fotos. Era cierto, lo único que no se mostraba era el lago, pero todo estaba bien. A los niños y a los padres les encantó ... también tenía espacio para carpas para que mi nieto probara una carpa nueva. Me encantó.

Todos estábamos intrigados por la historia / edad de la casa. ¡Nos encantó! La propiedad estaba bien cuidada y a mis nietos y amigos les encantaba pescar en el estanque ... pescaron muchos peces pero los liberaron. La primera propiedad que he alquilado que proporciona todos los productos de papel, lavavajillas y jabón para lavadora. Una muy buena sorpresa. Mi única sugerencia sería agregar toalleros a todos los baños

Esta fue una gran casa. Perfecto para tres familias. Muy relajante, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos junto con una excelente ubicación a la ciudad, Dreams Park y otras atracciones. El propietario Dan era el anfitrión más amable y servicial que podríamos haber pedido. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Muy espacioso para familias múltiples. Estanque ideal para la pesca. Los niños pescaron mucho, muy entretenido. La cocina estaba bien acolchada. Parrilla de gas en excelente estado de funcionamiento. Casa limpia y actualizada. El dueño, Daniel, muy amablemente nos consiguió más mantas. Ubicación cerca de Dreams Park, pero no demasiado cerca. Hermoso retiro.

Excelente propiedad, tranquila y lejos de la actividad del Parque Dreams. Disfruté el tiempo para descansar y relajarse entre juegos. Me encantó la ubicación, un entorno estupendo, muy cómodo. Me encantó la sensación histórica de la casa: muebles, pisos y diseño. ¡Fue perfecto para nosotros 10 y nuestras familias! A los niños pequeños les encantó el estanque de pesca.

Mi familia me ENCANTÓ Cornish Hill Farms. Era como las fotos. El estanque de pesca fue un gran éxito. Disfrutamos mirando por las ventanas solo viendo otras casas. En bienes raíces, dicen ubicación, ubicación y ubicación. Estaba entre el estadio de béisbol y las tiendas del centro, a unos tres minutos de la tienda de comestibles. El propietario nos permitió registrarnos unas horas antes porque estábamos en la ciudad y la propiedad estaba lista. Nos sentimos como en casa y nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Esta casa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación entre Dream Park y el centro de Cooperstown fue perfecta. El estanque de pesca fue genial. El porche trasero era increíble.(Necesito mostrar una foto) Lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día de béisbol. Internet necesita ser más rápido. No se pudo transmitir el juego final el jueves por la noche debido al acceso deficiente a Internet. De lo contrario, todo fue perfecto. El propietario fue amable y se mantuvo en contacto todos los días. Me alegro de haber elegido este alquiler. Fue una de las mejores partes de la experiencia Dream Park y Cooperstown.

Golf weekend

Second time we have stayed at this property. Plenty of room and beds for all of us with a number of rooms for us to all congregate in. Quiet secluded area but only minutes to downtown Cooperstown.

Overall a great stay. Good location. Owner/manager was quick to get back to us and very communicative. A couple negatives, There is no soap in any of the showers which was annoying. Also no shampoo/conditioner. I brought shampoo but no one else did. No one brought soap or body wash expecting tit to be there. The kitchen is stocked well but no oils to cook with which I realize is not required but in other houses we’ve stayed in always there. Also there was no dish soap which should be required. The house is large and can accommodate a large party which is great.

Close to CDP

Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown!

Fantasy Baseball Draft/Hall of Fame

Our group of 10 held our yearly fantasy baseball draft in conjunction with a hall of fame visit for a complete baseball weekend. We loved the property and the host Dan was extremely helpful. Wish we weren't digging ourselves out of 6 inches of snow on the morning we left, but you can't stop Mother Nature. Thank you Dan for a wonderful experience.

Hall of Fame Weekend

This rustic setting was a perfect base for three couples to enjoy autumn leaves, the quaint village of Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy; the kitchen is well equipped for making meals; and the first floor bedroom and bath made this home accessible for my semi-ambulatory wife. Hosts were responsive to inquiries. Only wish the weather was a bit better, and the fish in the pond were easier to catch.

Quick weekend getaway

Spent a weekend exploring the area with family for my son’s 7th birthday. Lovely home and property- the kids had a blast fishing and running around the property! The homeowners couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Appreciated the well stocked home! Super close to Cooperstown village too!

Great house for a family holiday gathering!

House was clean and well maintained with a historic feel. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable heat, and very helpful owners. Very close to downtown Cooperstown. We visited over New Year’s weekend and the house had perfect little bits of holiday decor which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was a little bit of a muddy driveway, due to gravel being a little worn and getting a lot of rain the first couple days of our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend for families. Was also easy for my elderly mother to get in and out of house with one small step to get in and out and a perfect bedroom and bath on the first floor for her.

Cooperstown Dream Park

Such an amazing and seemless vacation! Our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was such a great location to the fields and downtown. We enjoyed our nights on the back patio with the gorgeous view and on the front patio around the fire pit. Thank you for such a great experience!!

12U Cooperstown All-Star Village

Our group had a great time at 493 Cornish Hill Way. The house met all our expectations. Very clean and provided necessity items which was super helpful that we didn’t have to run to a market before arriving. The property manager Dan was great with communication. 33 minutes away from Oneonta; All -Star Village. When we booked we thought boys were playing in Cooperstown which is only 6 minutes from house. Lovely-cute town. All baseball.

Peaceful retreat & baseball

We rented this property while our 12 year olds played at All-Star Village. The yard, firepit and back porch were perfect outdoor spots for conversation. There were plenty of places for folks to either chat or find a quiet corner to read or relax. The bedrooms are large & comfortable. Thanks, Dan & Matthew!

More than 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! It began with a friendly phone call from the property manager. He gave us great recommendations for food which did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless and very accommodating. The house/ property has beautiful curb appeal! We spent every night by the fire pit and playing corn hole on the grass. The inside of the house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! My whole family commented on the cleanliness of the house. In addition, it was fully stocked from pots/pants, to 2 coffee makers, to plenty of towels, games, etc. The house was close to town which made it easy to come and go as we please. If I could give the house more than 5 stars I would and will definitely be returning!

Doesn’t get any better than here

The property is amazing, the sun set we got when the rain finally stopped was worth the price of admission. We had a group of 10 and it was the perfect size for us all to have a little space. The house is in the perfect location especially if you attend the hall of fame ceremony as it is within walking distance. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

A gorgeous spring retreat!

Family Thanksgiving

We spent a weekend at the Cooperstown farm house for a family reunion. It was warm, comfortable and inviting home with beautiful views. The house was very clean and had more than enough room and bathrooms for 8 adults and 1 toddler. Dan and Matthew were extremely nice and very accommodating for our schedules. Everyone loved watching the deer wandering over the property. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again.

Big house with even bigger outdoor!

We had so much fun while visited the area. The house is huge with so many rooms to relax and enjoy our stay. Even just for the weekend it is wort it. The house is located a short drive to Cooperstown, but far enough to enjoy a great upstate outdoor. Highly refomended.

Great house, plenty of space inside and out and very close to town. Very clean, host was very responsive and easy to work with on check in, also provided some great tips on restaurants etc. It made for a great weekend, thanks! We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful natural estate

The House is in terrific condition and updated, clean and had everything we could ask for to stay for the almost 6 weeks we did. The property is a wonderful place, 50 acres of nature including a lake full of fish and wonderful garden that Dan was generous to let us pick from. Our children absolutely loved being part of the natural surroundings and watching Dan do his farming work. Dan and his wife, the owners, are wonderful, generous and kind people and can not say enough about them. An example of how kind- my wife stayed for a couple nights alone in the house and Dan knew she was nervous being alone, so he parked his wife's car in the driveway so it wouldn't look like she was alone-- so incredibly sweet and thoughtful! Our son also absolutely fell in low with talking to Dan and learning about farming which was an invaluable experience for him. We could not have found a more wondrous spot in the world and close to town and restaurants and the Lake/Park/playground, while also very secluded. We highly recommend.

Comfy and cozy house in a beautiful location

The property, and the family member who manage it, are really lovely. The house was perfect for our 3 families visiting - very spacious, and the layout made it very easy to have multiple solutions to how to sleep 3 pairs of adults, and their 5 children plus 2 infants. At no point did we feel cramped, lots of space. The property was also lots of fun - lots of space to run around, and the pond was beautiful and surprisingly free of bugs. We would stay again!

We have been renting this house out for 10+ years, outside of VRBO, but wanted to start doing it through VRBO. We have 10 years of 5 Star Reviews. You can't go wrong by renting this house with your family and friends.

Besides having around 40+ acres to explore, the Stocked Fishing Pond is a great way to spend some of your time. The house is spacious for multiple families, and has several different spaces, so everyone can have their private time if desired. It's nice waking up and having your morning coffee out in the Sun-Porch overlooking nature. It's a very peaceful way to spend a week up in Cooperstown. Plus, we are 3 minutes from everything.
