Top Notch Getaway!

John and Maritza are attentive and responsive hosts!! Home is lovely - clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well supplied. Very pet friendly accommodations. The backyard oasis is a great place to start or end the day. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located near stores, like Costco, and multiple take out dining options. A wonderful, relaxing retreat to spend a month-long 'covid' getaway!

Be aware before you reserve the house

The house is very pretty and what we expected. The location was a little far away from Rancho Mirage shopping and restaurants since it's right on the Cathedral City line. Unfortunately we needed to cut our trip short by 10 days because of the Corvid-19 virus and the national emergency. We contacted VRBO and asked what the policies were because of the crisis. They advised that they were recommending that owners refund fees for unused time. We decided that since this was a situation that neither the owners or renters wanted that a 50% refund would be fair to both parties. When we called the owner, he explained that he would not make any refund and that he has a very strict cancellation policy. It seemed a little greedy to us since we were leaving early only because we had to. When we asked the owner to refund our security deposit he said that had been done and sent an email of a receipt indicating a refund (no names were on it). When we called VRBO back, they said that he hadn't canceled the reservation and that was needed for them to initiate the refund. It was an outright lie on the owners part, but thankfully it has since been paid. While the house and grounds are very nice, it ended up being less than pleasant because of the owners actions.

Awesome vacations

This house shows beautifully online but it is even better in person. You will not be disappointed. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and lounging. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The house was spotless upon arrival and every detail in the house shows an attention to detail. John is an amazing host and he was attentive and very helpful.

Oasis in the Desert

We needed some R&R as a family and we definitely got plenty! The property is beautifully maintained, super clean, private, and has EVERYTHING you need. We only left the property for groceries and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer...very easy to use system to control home and temp unit (Nest). John and his daughter, Marissa were very pleasant and attentive hosts...property was like a 5 star hotel, without having to share the amenities with anyone else!

A little slice of heaven

This house and location was so beautiful and is perfect for families traveling with kids and/or dogs even! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rancho Mirage and the hosts could not have been any more gracious and accommodating and were quick to address any issues or questions we had. I highly recommend this property and these owners to anyone. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return again someday. 5 stars all around! Rent this place; you will not be disappointed!!

We also have a Vacation Rental Homes in Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert, as well as a Penthouse in Palmilla - Cabo San Lucas. All 3 residences are luxury properties, and are great experiences to have a great time in!

This is a extraordinary vacation rental, we completely remodeled the home and is one of the nicest homes in the desert for vacation rental. Look at the photos and you decide... A fabulous Resort Back Yard with numerous Water Features, Pool, Jacuzzi, Outdoor Pavillion Kitchen, Putting Green and Fire Pit.
The home has been updated using the finest stones, glass, tiles, fixtures, etc... Enjoy your vacation more at this home.
