Bay Breeze was the perfect stay!! Home was the cleanest I’ve stayed in and it was beautifully decorated. Beds were amazing and the location was the perfect spot with great views. Host was extremely accommodating. Definitely a 5-star stay!!!!!.

Comfortable and Clean - Great Location and Amenities

We have stayed in the Sandestin community previously, so we chose the area based on the proximity to shops, dining, and beaches with the ease of a golf cart. Having two golf carts was great for our set up, and the condo was exactly as expected, and came with all the smaller amenities that we would need - plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc for our group. But the best part was the view. We chose this condo for the private patio and the incredible views from the deck and it did not disappoint. Tracy was also exceptional with communication before and during our stay. No surprises here - everything is clean and comfortable with great access to everything!

Beautiful place! Relaxing stay!

Family enjoyed this beautiful setup, location puts you right in the driving ranges of the golf courses. Unfortunately my vehicle substance some damage from a golf ball, recommend bring a padded cover to protect your vehicle. Management response, you are on a golf course it happens, bottom line I have to repair my vehicle

Beautiful Home with Awesome Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The amenities were great! The newly remodeled home was well stocked and property manager was so helpful and quick to respond! We loved having two golf carts! Best trip to Sandestin ever!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable!

We had an wonderful stay at the Bay Breeze. The property was in a great location - close to the golf courses, beach, pools and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable for our family. We hope to visit again soon!

Summer Vacation

My only complaint is the bugs in the back yard…nothing a citronella candle couldn't cure. Bought one and the bugs went bye-bye. Other than that, a wonderful trip. Everything was as expected and as described. There was plenty of room for adults and young adults to commingle. Would love to come back.

Perfect Stay

I can't say enough good things about staying at Bay Breeze. Traci was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. The views are amazing and the kids had fun feeding the turtles and fishing in the backyard. The location of the property within sandestin was more on the quiet side, but a quick golf cart ride to all the amenities. We are looking forward to planning our next trip back to bay breeze!!

Truly Amazing!

Wow! After taking a few days to decompress and reflect on this trip I still struggle to come up with words that will do justice. This home was the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From Kitchen gadgets, tons of pots and pans all the way to any baby items you might need. The interior of the home is beautiful and so well appointed. We had an incredible time on the porch looking out at the golf course as well as the short walk across the golf course to view some truly majestic sunsets. We will be keep this place in mind and booking in the future when we have this size group again. Do yourself a favor and book this home for a low stress and relaxing vacation.

The views were stunning and the area is just beautiful. My family felt at home immediately. Definitely visit Baytown Wharf. You barely need to leave the resort with all of the activities available.

Great place!!

This house is so nice and very accommodating for my family. Love the location because it is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The two golf carts were a plus!! Didn’t even have to rent a car. That was our second time of staying there and we will definitely be back. And Traci is great to work with!!

The home was perfect for our family of 10. The place was very accommodating and nicely decorated.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. We loved having the golf carts. The view was beautiful of the bay and the outside area including the deck over the small lake was perfect. Inside we had all the comforts of home from a very nice kitchen, to comfortable beds. The kids loved their little nook under the stairs and having all the items, including gates was perfect for our 11 month old granddaughter.

Best view

Property is amazing. Cleaning crew did not finish cleaning till 4:30 so check in was delayed. I’d suggest having outside sprayed for gnats/ mosquitoes. At times we couldn’t walk outside. We have vacationed at Sandestin for 25 years. We love it !!!

Spring Break Fun

Bay Breeze is a perfect location! We enjoyed golf cart rides, feeding the turtles, riding bikes, playing on the beach and swimming in the heated pools!!

Wonderful home!

This was our third time staying in the Sandestin golf and beach resort community and this had by far been our favorite house! You can’t beat the breathtaking view out of the back door! The kiddie Corner was great for the three boys ages 2-9! The rooms were the best set up for two families and grandparents. Having all the beach chairs and toys made going to the beach such a breeze! We will definitely be back to stay!

Great Place for Friends or Family.

We just left today and I would highly recommend this property. Easy to find, beautiful views and set up, great communication etc etc. I would definitely rent it again. You can fish outside at night and relax. Wake up in the morning to golf course views and nice sunset at night.

Softball/vacation

We stayed in Sandestin while our daughters had a softball tournament in Fort Walton Beach. We loved the area! The house met our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to ride around in. We would definitely consider staying here again!
