SUNDANCE boasts an equally inviting interior with its sunlit great room, gas lit fireplace and stellar views, especially from the dining rooms multiple expansive windows. Its contemporary open kitchen with stainless steel appliances features a gas stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and all of the necessary amenities.
You will also find a spacious master bedroom with plush king bedding, sitting area with office desk, additional twin sleeper sofa, large walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The master bath boasts double sinks over granite countertops, tiled walk-in shower and private access to a beautiful outdoor patio and the pool.
The queen bedroom offers an on-suite full bath with tiled walk in shower, continued views of Sedona's expansive red rocks and the property’s mature grounds. There is private access to the lower gardens and koi ponds. It also has an adjacent sitting room (that can be separated by pocket doors) with a custom made twin sleeper sofa. The sitting room has access to its own full bathroom directly across the hall.
Downstairs, the "3rd bedroom", you will find even more sleeping options, with its extremely comfy queen cabinet bed(similar to a murphy bed) and two twin sleeper sofas. Enjoy a game of pool on the full size pool table or sneak into the cozy infrared sauna, perfect after a day of hiking Sedona's trails. A complete fitness room with all commercial grade equipment is yours to enjoy! It includes everything you would need to get a complete workout.

We are doing all we can to help this home be Eco friendly. We have recently installed a state of the art solar energy system, we use no pesticides or herbicides for landscaping. There is purified/filtered water on site to refill. No need to buy drinking water to bring to the property!!

Interaction with Guests: The Sundance property is yours to enjoy! If you need help with something that you can not figure out by reading the extensive house manual, you can contact the property owners.
The Neighborhood: The home is in an upscale neighborhood, all homes are on large lots. Respecting our neighbors is of utmost importance, so please treat the neighborhood with the golden rule.
Getting Around: Fortunately for guests, Sundance is in west Sedona. What this means for the guests is that you are still close to everything but do not have to be in the thick of things unless desired.

STEPS: As you enter home, you will immediately step DOWN two stairs! We do our best to ensure that the home is well lit upon your arrival and after returning from outings.
POOL/SPA: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. The pool can be heated (March through October) for an additional fee if the guest requests it.
WILDLIFE: This neighborhood is in a wildlife corridor. While the property is fully fenced, some critters may be seen inside the fencing. Foxes, bobcats, bunnies, javelinas, rattlesnakes etc. all live in this area. So just be mindful when stepping outside or hiking around the neighborhood.
