Il nostro condominio è perfettamente situato sul prezioso angolo est, al 6 ° piano direttamente affacciato sul fiume Lazy a Phoenix Orange Beach con incredibili viste panoramiche sul Golfo !! Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento !! Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave, quindi non devi tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nell'unità. Con oltre 1.980 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa, nuova arredata e nuova al mercato degli affitti !!

I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar con ice maker, 65 "Smart TV a schermo piatto in salotto e uno schermo piatto 60" Smart TV nel master, 2 ° e 3 ° camere da letto e un 55 "Smart TV in camera da letto 4, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. C'è un letto King nel Master, un re nella seconda camera da letto, un re nella terza camera da letto, due letti queen nella quarta camera da letto e un divano letto nel soggiorno per dormire fino a 12.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the location-close to everything and the beach was wonderful! There wasn't a pool outside really other than part of the lazy river, so I think that area is mostly for children, including the hot tub as well. My only complaint was how dirty everything was...it was obvious that showers had not been touched nor the ice machines or even floors. The beds looked like they had been cleaned at least. I received all kinds of emails before my stay, but when I sent the email about the room being dirty, while we were there, I have yet to get a response and I waited a few weeks just for good measure, so just beware that this could happen to you if you come. We loved it other than this and wouldn't keep us from going back, but would upset some so wanted to put it out there!

Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful, We loved it!Just few notes to add that others have noted. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pots/pans and the crock pot doesn't work. One Bathroom toilet was hard to flush and the master bath toilet seat was broken. Bedding was a little dirty in one room. Not the sheets, the decorative comforter and shams. Very small fixes, but otherwise a Great Unit and Great Location!

Filthy floors!

This condo was spacious and well decorated. The floor was filthy. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, the children’s bare feet were black from walking on the floor. We reached out to the host to have someone come wet mop the floor and our message was ignored. I spent much of my time sweeping the entire condo, but it desperately needed to be mopped. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the dryer needs to be checked. There is an obvious problem with it. The dryer took hours to dry a small load of clothes. I would have loved to give a better review but, cleanliness means everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 3 daughters , 3 son in laws and 5 grandkids all stayed for 7 days . This was the absolute perfect location for us . When the baby’s napped we could watch our clan from the balcony and still feel included . It is walkable to anything you need - but you still feel lost in the beach atmosphere. One thing that definitely could be fixed to help the stay go smoother is the dryer . With all of the towels being washed and dried this process seemed to take forever . It normally took 2 and half long dryer cycles to dry one load - even the smallest of loads .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in 606 Phoenix Orange Beach! The condo was just as described. Yes, the condo is able to be walked into from the parking garage, just remember that you'll need to drive up 6 levels round and round to get there. The lazy river was nice, but the water temperature was cold. The beach was a very easy walk and the indoor pool and hot tubs were great. The kitchen could use a couple more pots and pans. Most of the non stick pans were scratched and we avoided using them. The dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this condo to others.

Wonderful property, location, and people! Walking distance to several restaurants and some shopping. Parasailing and Dolphin cruise. Beach is amazing! Property was clean and accurate with listing - wonderful views.

Great place/ couple of adjustments

Great stay. Couple things to adjust. Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes, and even longer for beach towels. Crock pot works but then would turn off, tried multiple outlets in kitchen. Whining fog horn sound in the plumbing anytime water is turned on.

Family New Years Vacation

We have more than enough room for our family to move around in the unit, play games and enjoy the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. The description of the unit was accurate and the location was great. The unit was clean and welll maintained. Good customer service from the property manager as information was provided in great detail. The amenities was great, the tennis court to the pools and of course the beach. I have stayed at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 times before and never been disappointed of the property. I love staying at this property and this unit. I have and would recommend to my family and friends to stay at POB.

Beautiful Condo

It is a beautiful condo with amazing sunrises from almost all rooms. Lazy River, water slide and zero entry pool was perfect for the rough ocean days. I highly recommend it.

Family time

It was a beautiful condo, however, it could have been cleaner. The stove top took a bit of work to get the black off. Underneath the beds were dirty with lots of dust and small particles. And the kitchen counters were sticky. But, we enjoyed the property itself and the amenities tremendously.

Great Venue Some missteps

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the beach, however we did have some short falls. We spent 11K for one week. The toaster didn't work, the coffee pot leaked all over the counter. There were no pots to cook the patatos. One small pot that would hold 4 eggs and a very big pot (5 Gal) To be fair, Charlie did replace the broken Toaster and He did replace the coffee pot. My wife doesn't use Kurig. We BBQ'd 2 times and realized there were no utensiles for that BBQ. Makes it hard to cook.My review is mixed. For $11,000 for one week you should not need to call someone for broken stuff. the manager should check this out before we get there. I do need to retract a comment from earlier. I stated we didn't have a vacume to clean up. I was mistaken, I polled the grand kids and they said there wasn't one in the rooms. I guess they didn't know what it was because they never used one. I'm sorry about complaining about that in my previous message. A refund of something should be in order.

Exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful condo with massive balcony facing the ocean. Interior was even more beautiful in person and the beds were all very comfy. Our traveling party included a grandma, a family of 4, and 3 friends plus a toddler. We had more than enough room and everyone was very pleased with our condo. We definitely plan to return!!

Great condo set up, needs some attention to the amenities

Condo location and set up is amazing. Plenty of space for multi-family and has room for everybody. Location is in the heart of everything and is a great complex. Parking on the same floor as your room was awesome and the pool and grills were great. However a few things do need to be addressed. 1. There are 3 coffee makers, one leaked everywhere, one was filthy and the Keurig that we had to rely on leaked some and wouldn’t seal but got the job done, although slow for 10 people. 2. The dryer needs to be worked on. Takes about 4 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. It’s not getting hot like it should and this was a real pain with 10 people staying for 9 days. 3. The bath towels are a joke. I know this is probably on the cleaning company but I’ve had better linens in $75/night Motel 6. Many of ours had holes in them and we only had enough for about 10 people. Had to wash 2 loads per day just to keep enough clean and only had 3 hand towels. Again not enough for a unit with 3 bathrooms and multiple sinks. Also not good with the dryer issues. 4. Kitchen: toaster does not work, skillets looked like a Dollar Tree purchase and were so scratched that we didn’t want to use them. Also the 8 Dollar General General Store plastic plates and cups are not enough for a unit that boasts to accommodate 14 people. Overall a really good place, just needs some attention the details, especially for the price.

Best view on Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 was overjoyed staying at POB 606! We had an amazing week and highly recommend this condo! It’s in the prime spot of having access to every store possible! On day 1 as soon as we checked in, we bought a mop from Walmart and used it every single day! I’d recommend bringing slippers or flip flops to wear inside the condo because the sand is almost impossible to keep out especially when you have the doors to the balcony open! But the condo is very accommodating and the views were excellent! Only disappointment was not seeing the Sunset from the Beach but quickly realized if we were there in Oct/Nov we’d probably be able to see the Sunset from the balcony/beach. We would def stay there again and loved the new LR furniture. Thanks again for letting us have an incredible week!
