Du är säker på att vara ensam i gîte för din sinnesfrid!

Vårt hus ligger i en blommig och trädbevuxen trädgård i omedelbar närhet av grönsakslack och vingårdar. Den består av en byggnad med två våningar och vetter mot söder och är mycket ljus.
Det är fullt möblerat för din komfort. Vi gillade ädelmaterial som trä och sovrummen på övervåningen avslöjar ramen. Rummen är målade i aktuella och lugnande toner för att få våra gäster till avkoppling.
Vi tog hand om dekorationen med mycket passion. Varje bit har en identitet. Varje rum är bekväma och befrämjande för vila med färger och detaljer som gör det charmigt.
Det stora vardagsrummet som är husets centrala del har utsikt över terrassen och är öppet mot det inbyggda köket.
Det är ett bekvämt och trevligt hus beläget på Champagne-landsbygden i hjärtat av Marne-dalen. Luften i miljön förför dig mindre än 15 minuter från Champagne-huvudstaden!
Vi kommer gärna att dela med dig den komfort och lugn som härskar.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. The hosts cooked a very nice meal for us and even gave a complimentary bottle of champagne. Great place to explore the champagne region from.

Best VRBO we’ve stayed

Wonderful stay! The host and hostess are wonderful. Provided a great deal of info ahead of time, including advice of winery tours and restaurants. The house itself was so modern and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our host welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and introduced us to the tradition of “sabering a bottle” of champagne. The garden and yard are beautiful and coffee on the deck in the mornings was magical. The village of OEuilly is a charming 330 person place with vineyards right at the doorstep of houses. We took great walks up the slope in the valley in the mornings and evenings. Simply put, best VRBO we’ve stayed in across France or USA. We will be back !!!! Thank you

If you are visiting Champagne, stay in this home.

We had planned to visit Champagne in 2020 and confidently booked this home based on the website information and the extraordinarily positive reviews. Unfortunately, we had to cancel that trip due to the Covid pandemic. When finally able to travel again, we were very pleased that Jean-Eric’s home was available and booked it without hesitation. Our four night stay was wonderful for the reasons given in all of the previous reviews and thanks in no small part to Jean-Eric’s professionalism and warm hospitality. Particular highlights were of course the ‘sabre ceremony’ and a memorable three course dinner by Chantelle.

Vacation of Dreams! Jean-Eric is the BEST!

Cannot speak more highly of this place! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying both this beautiful and spacious cottage and also the company of Jean-Eric and his wife. Upon arrival Jean-Eric was beyond accommodating. He assisted us in travel details to make sure we arrived at our daily excursions easily and safely. His recommendations of both champagne houses and local restaurants were perfection. He and his wife presented beautiful breakfasts and even a birthday brunch including a candle! The cottage has everything someone can need or desire with beautiful countryside views out every window. And the best part, you can’t find a better host in Champagne. I hope we are lifelong friends. This was easily the best house rental experience of my life.

Overnight bliss

Beautiful and charming accommodation, with wonderful hosts who cooked stunning food and catered for our vegi/vegan requirements and left gifts for the children. Alles was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen aber feinen Cottage. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen Gastfreundlich und halten auch wundervolle Überraschungen für einen parat. Herrliche Stille erwartet einen dort. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man ein bissl Champagner bei den Produzenten direkt kaufen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci Jean-Eric & Chantalle

Comfortabel en compleet huis

Het huis voldeed aan de verwachtingen uit de presentatie. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en makkelijk te bereiken. Goed uitgerust huis met de nodige luxe. De jacuzzi op het terras was een heerlijke bonus bij 28 graden. Rustig dorpje in een mooie omgeving van wijngaarden.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt inmitten der Champagne

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im kleinen Örtchen. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet und geräumig. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Dinge anschauen! Champagnerproduktion, Reims!!! unbedingt anschauen, Paris ist nur 1,5 Stunden entfernt und einen Besucht wert. Wir waren 10 Tage im Ferienhaus und haben jede Minute genossen.

Super gîte pour détente et découvertes locales.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le gite de Chantal et Jean-Eric, et trois agréables journées en Champagne. Si vous souhaitez découvrir la Champagne ainsi que le Champagne nous ne pouvons que vous recommandez ce gîte. Parfaitement équipé tant dans la maison que dans le jardin. Le Jacuzzi apporte un plus non négligeable. Chantal et Jean-Eric sont juste à côté et à la fois discret et disponible. Merci Jean-Eric pour l’initiation au sabrage de Champagne. Au plaisir.

Lovely cottage in Champagne country side

The holiday home is nestled in a small village in the Champagne country side. It is near Epernay and the Route de Champagne. Reims is half hour away. The online photo's show exactly how it is, modern and light decor, comfortable beds and two bathrooms, and fully functioning kitchen. Outside there is a large patio. We stayed here with two couples and there was plenty space to sit at the kitchen bar, large table or sofa. The owners Chantal and Jean Eric are very nice and check in was very easy. They gave us tips about the area and even called a champagne house nearby to arrange a visit. All in all we had a very nice stay in an excellent home.

A beautiful and cozy house in the heart of Champagne

Jean-Eric was very responsive via email. He and his wife both greeted us at the property to help us check in. They are both warm and sweet. The house is immaculate. The hosts have thoughtfully planned for our stay, including detailed notes of nearby attractions and activities. We highly recommend families and couples to rent this place. It has two floors and a lot of space.
