Creole villa 4 air-conditioned bedrooms private pool and directly on the beach

Very pretty Creole villa, decorated with care, with a deck (wooden terrace) of 100m2 where the swimming pool (6X3 salt) is integrated where you will spend the majority of your time thanks to its places in the shade, in the sun, its deckchairs, its 2 outdoor lounges, its dining table for 9 guests, its shower, its barbecue.

House ideally located 200m walk from very beautiful sandy beaches (Pont Café, Corps de Garde, Mabouya) and the coastal path, 2 km from the very typical market town of Sainte Luce and with a small supermarket nearby (crossroads market in the subdivision).

Living room: bamboo living room, coffee table, TV, TNT decoder, DVD player, micro channel, Wifi

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, rice cooker, dishes, vacuum cleaner, iron and table iron, tea towels and sponge provided

4 air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito nets: 1 bedroom on the ground floor (140 cm bed) and 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed and 160 bed)

3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), hot water is produced exclusively by solar panels

3 toilets

All the equipment to accommodate a baby (high chair, stroller, cot, barrier to isolate the floor) and a NF standard net to completely secure the pool if necessary.


Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towel)

 
A 200m walk from Pont café beach with its 4.5 km coastal path, ideal for pretty walks or a little jogging. You will also find along the path the Corps de Garde beach with its facilities (floating pool, restaurants, shower ...) and its activities (aqua gym classes, musical evenings ...)


A house manager will be at your disposal to welcome you around a house punch and present you in detail the whole house and the assets of the island.

The villa is located in a very quiet housing estate. It is located in a condominium of two houses (the 2nd house is close but not terraced and not overlooked) so it is not suitable for parties.

The villa is only 20 minutes from the airport by car and 3 minutes from the village of Sainte Luce (15 minutes running and 30 min walking slowly)

The house, contents and pool are excellent. Everything you need is there to have a fantastic stay.

Your not over looked by anyone. We had a great stay. Plenty of room for relaxing, cooking BBQ too) and splashing in the pool. Picking up keys from Sophie was easy and pleasant. She gave great advice as to local supermarkets etc.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est jolie, propre et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est stratégique pour qui veut visiter l’île. Les plages environnantes sont belles et paisibles. Sandy, très sympathique, nous as bien accueillis et a offert un service adéquat. Merci. Un très agréable séjour sans faute!

Nous avons adoré

Propriété très bien située au sud de la Martinique, 4 belles chambres, 3 salles de bains, parfait pour notre groupe de 7 adultes et un enfant de 13 mois, la piscine est très sympathique... Le seul point un peu moins bien est le fait qu'il faille prendre la voiture pour accéder à une boulangerie... Nous avons donc pleinement profité de notre séjour de 15 jours sur cette superbe ile aux fleurs ! Merci à nos hôtes.

Merveilleux séjour en Martinique

Très belle villa créole bien équipée dans un quartier résidentiel paisible. Maison très propre et bien maintenue. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur et belle piscine privée Près de la plage (10 minutes à pied), à 10 minutes à pied d'une épicerie Carrefour Express (pratique!) et à quelques minutes en voiture de la petite ville de Ste-Luce. Nous avons été accueillis par Sandy qui a été très utile et nous a expliqué tous les détails de la maison. Fortement recommandée!

Bardzo ładny, przestronny i dobrze utrzymany kreolski domek. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Odizolowany od sąsiadów. Blisko plaży (ładna i praktycznie pusta) - 3 min pieszo. Łatwy i szybki dojazd do innych ładnych plaż na południu wyspy (po ok. 30 min do najdalszych) jak również do stolicy i na północ( czas dojazdu uzależniony od korków)

Un chez soi aux Caraïbes

On a passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison bleue avec nos deux enfants (1 an et 4 ans) et les deux mamies. La maison est tellement bien équipée pour les adultes et les plus petits qu'on se sent vraiment chez soi. La supérette à 10 min à pied en traversant la zone résidentielle, la boulangerie, le glacier et le marché au centre "ville" à 30 min de balade le long des côtes. Notre plage Corps de garde à 10 min à pied le long du chemin côtier, un petit paradis sur terre, on n'a pas trouvé mieux dans tout le sud de l'île finalement, car les autres manquent vite d'ombre ou sont trop fréquentées, du moins pendant les vacances scolaires. Accueil et accompagnement hyper pro de Sandy. On espère pouvoir revenir bientôt!

Super séjour

11 nuits passées ds la villa. Emplacement parfait pour profiter du sud de l'île. Séjour idéal avec les 4 chambres et les 3 salles de bain, de la place pour tout le monde nous étions 8. Le deck est grand et même si la piscine n'avait pas eu le temps de bien chauffer en février, les enfants en ont profité quand même. Merci à Sandy qui s'est bien occupée de nous !

Superbe lieu de vie dans un des plus beaux coins de Martinique

Wonderful villa

Casabwa972 is everything we wanted for our trip to Martinique. Great location. A pool the kids swam in for hours at a time. A kitchen we used time and again to cook family meals. The owners and property manager were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
