This house will delight you for a natural and sporting holiday.
The GRAND PLUS is its fenced wooded area of 1500m2, a small corner of forest at the water's edge, you can place a tent there which will allow your children to practice wild camping, while being not far from the parents!
Accessible cycle path in front of the house and local shops, bakery, newsagent, small supermarket 50 meters away, magnificent 18-hole golf course 1 km away and forest walk accessible on foot.
Sleeping capacity 8, 3 bedrooms, 1 bed 160, 1 double bed 180, and 1 dormitory with 2 bunk beds in 90, 1 very large bathroom, walk-in shower and an outdoor shower with hot water (highly appreciated back from beach or surf / sport), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 entée, 1 living room dining room with TV
