Questa lussuosa gemma gated sembra un elegante villaggio bianco scintillante su una soleggiata isola greca. L'ingresso principale è incorniciato da rigogliosi alberi tropicali. La zona giorno principale e la camera da letto principale offrono una vista mozzafiato sul cielo blu, sul turchese Mar dei Caraibi e su altre isole.

L'arredamento interno contemporaneo ha un'atmosfera francese; elegante e confortevole. Legni chiari con tessuti color crema, talpa, grigio e lime. La zona giorno open space dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. La grande zona giorno principale combina spazi relax, sala da pranzo e media.

A solo un minuto a piedi da Mullet Beach, una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, a soli 3 minuti in auto da Porto Cupecoy con un delizioso piccolo mercato gastronomico, meravigliosi ristoranti e viste mozzafiato. Altri due minuti al ristorante Escape, la nuova brasserie del ristorante; il codice a barre rilassato; il ristorante di pesce gourmet, Blue Fin; STARZ casino e poco oltre; le luci notturne di Maho. In 5 minuti si raggiunge l'aeroporto, a 10 minuti dall'incantevole capitale francese di Marigot ea circa 30 minuti da Grand Case o da Phillipsburg.

Condo on beach

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the scaffolding in front of the main balcony. This has been there obviously for a long time and obstructs your view. No one is doing any work so there is no reason for scaffolding to be there. It’s rusted and old. The pictures show the bedroom balcony not the main balcony. This would cause me not to rent here again and we loved everything else.

Gorgeous Views

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

If you are looking for convenient and comfortable this place will do the trick! This second story condo has beautiful views and is located inside of the gated Cupecoy Beach Resort. There is a very nice pool and pool bar (open most afternoons). Plus there is a workout room and ping pong table by the pool and beach towels, beach chairs (3), small 6 pack hard sided cooler and ice packs as well as an umbrella (unfortunately broken when we were there) ready for your use. We also appreciated having a washer and drier for the week. It is a quick walk to either Mullet Beach with beach bars, food, and chair/umbrella rental or a more private area of Cupecoy Beach. The neighborhood located a quick couple of blocks up a gentle hill contains an Organic Market, Carefour grocery and several yummy food options (French Bakery, Italian, Mexican, Indian and more plus Fat Tony's which serves just about everything, has great specials and often evening entertainment) if you don't want to drive everywhere to eat. It was also not a bad walk into Maho (during the day) if you want to grab something to eat or watch the planes. I believe it's about 1 km and there is a path along the golf course and road that is well worn and often has people walking on it. The unit is a little worn but it is a great find if you don' t need high end finishes. Plus all of the people at the resort were very friendly. We will stay again :-)

Beautiful location!

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!

Tranquil and beautiful

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed eating dinner at Porto Cupecoy, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay, so the location was central and the proximity to Mullet Beach was great!

Great place to stay. All the comforts of home within a 5 minute walk to “My opinion “ the Best beach on the Island. (Mullet Bay) Entire process was super easy. We are sure to book again next year! Million Dollar view every morning you wake up!!! Best location on the Island!!!

Perfect Stay in Cupecoy

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed with 5 adults and enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bed. The 3 bathrooms with showers were also fantastic for privacy and getting ready.The property is gated with 24/7 security for peace of mind, but the whole area of Cupecoy and Maho are very safe, even in the evening. The best thing about this property is the access to not 1 but 2 beaches both within walking distance. The private beach at Cupecoy Beach Club (CBC) was our go to, the waves are a bit rougher but you can’t beat a quiet beach! Mullet Bay is an absolutely beautiful beach also with a short walk from the condo. This beach is much more busy but offers calmer water and a near “zero depth” entry.Lastly, our concierge (Stacey) was responsive and helped us find grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car from their recommended company and it was a fantastic experience!The only downside was that we had to wait roughly a half hour to be checked in, Saturdays are an extremely busy day on the island.We are all excited to come back soon!

First visit to St. Maarten

The pictures made the condo unit appear much nicer than in person. Once inside it was clean but pretty dated. The dishwasher leaked when used to wash the dishes. Although there was internet, it did not work all the time or was very slow. The area for parking a rental vehicle is very limited and does not allow for two way traffic on the premises. You have to go down a staircase to reach the beach and at the bottom you are exposed to the waves before being able to get to the sand.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay here. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV room was like being on your own living room but with a view. Kids loved hanging there in the evening when watching the football games. Great stay!

Close to the pool, Mullet Beach, many restaurants & market within walking distance. All the grounds staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of room & had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean & the pool area. Would rebook here.

Great choice for vacation…

Our family travels quite a bit and this vacation exceeded our expectations. Great location , safe and close to restaurants and night life, wonderful condo with the best view and easy access to two beaches , Mullet and Cupecoy (was our favorite to enjoy gorgeous sunsets). Everything was delivered as promised, great response from John the owner. Stacey , the concierge was very helpful with everything we asked for. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return!

This condo is very spacious, has an AMAZING view, and a wonderful location just a one-minute walk to one of the best beaches - Mullet Bay. I would definitely return! One thing to be aware of if you book this place is that sometimes when you close the refrigerator, the freezer opens slightly. Just be sure both are closed and you're good to go!

Wonderful place to vacation

Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a very spacious condo with lots of room and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Convenient location in the best part of the island in my opinion. Excellent views of the turquoise water. Really beautiful beach with unique cliffs as a backdrop and great for some shade. Every placed we dined at was fabulous and there are lots of options. Be aware that if anyone in your group has trouble with a lot of stairs you might inquire if a lower level is available. Overall a memorable, wonderful experience. We really enjoyed seeing all the colorful birds at Parotte Ville Bird Park and a bit of gambling at several casinos in the evening as well.

Views from our two balconies were just fantastic! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view with cocktails. We went to the beach a lot and enjoyed how private it was. We felt like movie stars being at a private beach. . We have traveled a lot to warm destinations, but this was likely the best beach we’ve experienced.

Lovely private and close to everything

Wonderful stay for our first time in Sint Marteen. Private beach close to Mullet, Maho, and 15 mins from the most delicious French food I’ve ever had (I’ve been been to Paris). Didn’t hear the planes at all. Walking distance to pharmacy, cafe, and local food/drink spots. Love the private Cupcoy beach access! Host was exceptional. AC works better than mine at home. All the kitchen amenities & double balconies overlooking the ocean. Wi-Fi works great too. Thank you for a great stay Stacey!

Spectacular

This condo exceeded our expectations and was even better than the beautiful photos. It’s was very clean, all the furniture appeared new, the beds were great, the kitchen was completely stocked with any and every cooking supply needed. The washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. The two ocean front decks were the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the beautiful sunsets each night. This complex also has its own private beach, which is gorgeous! The location was perfect for our family. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We obviously loved this condo and the location for our family, and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the island. Thank you!!!

Fantastic property!

We met up with Gwen at the apartment and she was great host. She showed us around, gave us a booklet of information for activities around the island, and left her personal cell phone number to reach her in case anything comes up. The condo is very spacious and clean. The couches and beds were all very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa bed in the loft. It came stocked with all the plates, utensils, pots/pans, and coffee pot. Gwen was also kind enough to have some water and beer in the refrigerator when we arrived. She left us alone the entire trip and came by to say goodbye before we left. I would definitely stay here again!

Always a good day at Cupecoy

Very secure location, about the best access to Mullet beach bars you can get. Miriam at the pool bar is about one of the nicest ladies we’ve ever met. The AC has the ability to freeze you out if so desired. Fantastic sunset/cruise ship evening views. Three heads up to future renters that are definitely not in the control of the owner: 1) Parking can get a bit silly if all the units are full but the security staff do their best to accommodate. 2) The internet becomes pretty much unusable at night. 3) Da Waterhole on Mullet has the best Painkillers on the island!
