Another Perfect Stay

This was our second time staying here, and once again…it was amazing! The location is perfect, especially for those who want to be away from the more crowded areas of the beach. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is incredible. This time around we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

Love this condo top floor.are second year coming down .Amazing view .Awesome restaurants right across the street .You can’t go wrong.Always get too see rocket launches on the balcony.I cant say about this place you need to go and see it for yourself.We celebrate our 24 Anniversary there just amazing.Glenn Natasha

Wonderful Condo

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was perfect! Very clean and roomy, beds super comfortable, full sized washer and dryer…I could honestly go on. The view was amazing, and we could see both launch pads from our balcony. The beach was never crowded in this area. This area is perfect especially for families with kids. We took our 10 year old and she agrees that this place was amazing! She left some beach toys for future guests with kids. My husband and I left a couple beach umbrellas as well. We definitely plan on coming back to Cocoa Beach and staying here again 💗 Many thanks to the owners. Highly recommend!

Family vacation at CCBEACH

Overall the stay was great, the location was good, and the beach view was amazing. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. Other than that the rental was great.

Wonderful vacation!

Highly recommend this condo. It is always clean and very well stocked. We loved the upates since our last stay! Owners respond very quickly to any issues and very pleasant to work with. Surrounding area is well maintained and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

This was the perfect condo for our beach vacation. It was clean, beautifully updated, and perfectly located on Cocoa Beach. Our adult family of five had plenty of space and we enjoyed our week together!

Great getaway!

The condo was everything we expected. Spacious and clean. Right on the beach with great view for the boat races.(Thunder on The Beach) Also saw a space launch and numerous cruise ships leaving port. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Definitely looking forward to doing this again.

Wonderful & Relaxing Holiday

Lovely Condo overlooking a low key Cocoa Beach. Wonderful sounds of the ocean surf. This spacious and comfortable condo accommodated a special Thanksgiving.

Excellent place to stay!!!

Absolutely loved Gray’s Escape, and would highly recommend staying here. Owners communicate promptly if there are any questions, and issues are addressed immediately. Amazing view of the ocean! Will definitely be back.

Great location, very clean

Top floor of the condo was perfect (thankful for elevator). The view was perfect. The process of renting this property and leaving it was very simple. Absolutely no problems. Will definitely stay again when we go back to cocoa beach.

Excellent beach condominium

The room with the view.

From the moment we walked in we couldn't get over the top floor view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week enjoying Florida. We did have a few self made issues with the remote but they were fixed by following the directions. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Cocoa Bch. beachfront!

We love this section of Cocoa Beach and stay here often. We have actually stayed in this building before but this condo has the best view of any we have stayed in. The checkin was super easy and the owners were very thoughtful in leaving a personalized greeting with information. Communication was also great. Condo itself was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Don’t hesitate to stay at this property!

Perfect get away

We were very happy with are stay, the condo was very clean and the site out the balcony was great. We watch 3 space x rockets go up while sitting on the balcony. I have no complaints. Kids loved there room and all the board games that were there to play. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous Condo!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and beautifully updated. The view was stunning. The location was right down the street from everything. Check-in and out was super easy. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful Oceanfront Condo

This lovely oceanfront condo was recently updated with the latest appliances. Located in north downtown Cocoa Beach made walks to the great local restaurants most enjoyable. The beach was peaceful and pristine since it was just north of the most congested "tourist" beach which was only a short walk away. Randy & Jo Ellen were communicative as needed and pleasant to speak with.

Second stay and planning for the third

My Grandson, age 15, and I spent another week in August at this condo. Our first trip in 2019 was about doing as much as possible in the area. This trip was about doing as little as possible. Perfect beach getaway.

This place was amazing. We truly enjoyed our time. Right on the beach with private access. Building was very quiet, well kept and it was close to everything including restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Randy and Jo were very prompt in answering all my questions. Will definitely stay there next time in Cocoa Beach.

Family vacation

My family stayed at the property for our summer vacation. Property was exactly as described and had everything we needed with some great extras! Close to everything in town but not crowded. Perfect for us! Comfortable and cozy. Thank you for this wonderful rental!

Perfect Location!

Great view!

This is my 5th time visiting Cocoa Beach and this condo had the best beachfront view we’ve ever had. The condo was spacious, clean, and decorated nice. The beach in front of the condo was not crowded. If you look down the beach to the left and right they get super crowded. We had the perfect beach spot. There is a surf school that comes some mornings, but wasn’t an issue. They have their lessons right in front of the condo. There is a TV in each bedroom plus the living room which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and don’t have any complaints. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your beach time which was nice.

We love the beach! My husband and I bought this condo so we could spend time relaxing on the beach, listening to the sounds of the waves and watching the beautiful sun and moon rises. We want our condo to be your home away from home for the same reasons!
