This spacious corner unit offers fantastic views of the ocean and beachfront and has a private side balcony porch with a table and 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom offers both a queen bed and a child-sized bunk beds. This condo can comfortably sleep 6 people. The Aqua Villa community is a small one; offering a quiet , intimate, and relaxing vacation experience.

Beach stay
Our condo was as advertised in the listing, the views were amazing and all was very clean. Unfortunately the elevator was completely broken and we were only notified a few weeks before our visit even though it had apparently been down for months. Not supposed to be fixed until Jan 2025 so take that into thoughts if booking before then. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Thank you for sharing a great property to spend our week long visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach also. The property’s elevator was unfortunately broken for the week, but it was communicated prior to our arrival, and it didn’t have much effect on our stay other than unloading our things. We would recommend this condo for future stays.

Condo is not as advertised. The couch in living room does not make into bed. Also found live and dead bugs in the kitchen while we were there. The bunk bed is nice and big enough for grown kids to sleep. Nice and clean pool, loved the side balcony with the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in unit 301 was very clean and comfortable. There were a few roaches in the condo. This was probably due to spraying being done in another condo per the maintenance guy who was nice about it. Site needs to decide on being pet friendly or not. The facility is NOT but I guess some owners are. Therefore we had a barking dog all day for the first day and a half from the people below us. Sugar Sands was able to rectify the problem quickly. The facility itself is a bit small, elevator is tiny and only one way in or out. They locked the side gate on us about midway thru the week for some reason so our quick access to the vehicle went away although the people with the barking dog below somehow managed the code to the lock. DO NOT signs everywhere. Maybe from many years of vacationer abuse idk. If your looking for seashells? None here. Fish? They must all hang down at the pier. The water is beautiful the sand is gorgeous, but the locals could be a little more hospitable for sure. I thought the guy at Adventure Island was gonna beat me up with a crescent wrench for facing the wrong direction for 2 min. trying to turn my trailer around. I was taking video of the fireworks show on July 4 on the beach and the lady from barking dog condo called me a pervert. Geeesh people. Take a chill pill. Needless to say. We still had a good time. But probably wont be returning.

Quite- Easy to get to shops/store.
Property was well represented in ad. Sounds of the surf was nice. Rental was perfect, kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Furniture and beds comfortable. Will rent again when in the area. Older building but exterior clean and functional. Rental is updated to todays standards and features.

Perfect Peaceful Beach Condo
My family enjoyed a few days of beach and pool time. We felt close to everything in Destin and Fort Walton Beach while also feeling like we could get away from the crowds at our own beach. The corner condo unit had the most beautiful ocean views and was so quiet. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and the easy access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Short Girls Trip
Condo was very clean and nice. A few issues, Ice maker in fridge seemed to not work but we had purchased bags of ice so we were not to worried about it. Master bedroom shower did not have a-lot of water pressure. That could have been better. We would come back to condo after dark and we left early in morning and there were no lights on in breezeway on our floor by the elevator which made it hard to see and uncomfortable. This after running into another person staying in complex that was either intoxicated or having other issues and asking us for help then not needing it which made us all a little uneasy. Luckily we stayed together and no one went by themselves anywhere.
